Millwall are our rivals.
The most disappointing thing about losing to Tottenham is how **** they are. It's almost embarrassing on our part.

Still better first game of the season ... Rather than say the last with perhaps a top 4 champs league spot riding on it.... Oh hang on .

Spuds are well known for their intelligence...

Now for such a 'massive' (and I use the term very loosely) club as Spurs, and for such a 'tiny' club as ours, considering we have played you 200 times as TIW and WHU, it's quite amusing to see you have failed to beat us on 110 occasions.
Big club my arse...

Isn't this a club that have the 5th highest transfer spend since the premiership started?
Don't worry though - you've won the same as Leicester in that time

"Respect us, we're a big club". No, you're not, no matter how badly you want it to be true.
Have you seen all the stories about Spurs in the papers? No, because there aren't any. Nobody cares. Except when George Michael spent all the Bale money on a bunch of also-rans. That was in the papers a lot. Everyone laughed, and then never thought about the Spuds again.
The end.

At the end of the day, Tottenham are just another average, stepping stone football club, like the rest of us. Any decent player you have, ****'s off.
The difference is, you spend hundreds of millions to achieve the same European status as Hull City, or to win as much in 10 years as Swansea.
Keep the top 4 delusion up for as long as you can Lister, because hope is all you have my friend.

I don't like Lampard as much as the next person, but even he is right once every so often.
"It’s always horrible losing to Tottenham because they make DVDs for the next 10 years of that one victory they had over you."
Big club.

When I went to De Kuip with West Ham stuff I got my hand shaken. Also got told what would happen if it was Spurs or Ajax.
When Lazio have a home game they are singing bubbles outside. When they play against Spurs, they kick the **** out of you.
I see a pattern.

Ajax and Spurs have some sort of bond going on yeah, whereas I know West Ham United fans and FC Utrecht fans have a similar thing going on; have met quite a few Utrecht fans over the years who've gone to games at UP.

Don't know much about Utrecht fans Cloggy. But had nothing but positives when at De Kuip in a West Ham shirt. A lot of Dutch fans seemed to like English football, but didn't come across any Feyenoord who had a good word to say about Tottenham.
But it doesn't surprise me. I bet even Top Oss fans think they are c****.

Didn't realise our record against Spurs was so balanced. We've done well, given that Spurs are a bigger club financially who have spent £100ms more than us over the years. Seems like we punch above our weight when we play Spurs. Despite the last result, can't wait to play them again. It should be another good game.

The esteemed West Ham stats has us close to level pegging/
See here
We were comfortably better than them during redknapp's time here, and we're W4 D 1 L 3 in the last 8, and Bale baled them out once.
They're drifting back to their level prior to our Roeder relegation, whilst we're recovering.
