The kit has already proved a huge hit with supporters.

There were posts moaning about the fact we weren't using t purple kit for the first Everton game (even though we couldn't because of the similarity to their Blue) and the club did say they'd be using the purple kit for the cup.

Finally, my missus likes purple and has one of the shirts. That surely convinces all the doubters.

Following on from the cobblers about the renewing of season tickets for next season, I get an email today telling me I have till Friday to secure my ticket for the game against Everton.

I am in the automatic cup scheme as I am every year and got a ticket for the Sheffield United game ok.

So now I have to wonder if they have made a cock-up or something has gone wrong with my automatic cup scheme.

I don't see why I should have to check, why is it so difficult for the club to get basic admin correct.

I've said before it's going to be this kind of crap that drives me away from the club not a few hoof balls to Carroll & Nolan.
