Two weeks to mull this one over!
Our best chance of three points on the road between now and the end of the season?

Re: Leicester City vs West Ham Utd: match thread
Do we have many / any on international duty??
If all are fit and well (Carroll and Tomkins aside) I think Sam will find it tough to pick anything other than...
-------------------- Adrian ----------------
Jenkinson Reid Collins Creswell
------------------ Kouyate ---------------
--------------- Noble Song -------------
----------------- Downing ---------------
------------ Valencia Sakho ----------
Nolan is (and always has been - IMO) less effective for us without Carroll in the line up and I think Song will have a great battle with Cambiasso.
Nugent can be a handful but Collins and Reid should love playing against a player him (Collins in particular), so the only think that can upset us is a Konch goal from around 40 yards...

Reid and Enner will be back so the options look much rosier , time to rest Nolan and put K back in midfield , Jarvis to make way as well

Averaged less than a goal per game so far this season, then they stick three past Spurs away. They are showing signs of life even though they are pretty much finished. We can't count any chickens the way we are lately but COYI let's have an away win!

Hopefully Kouyate can take a step further up the field, and Cole can get a start.

I don't see what Cole has done to get a start but Kouyate in midfield is a must, even if it means putting one of the kids in at the back.

This won't be an easy game at all.
It's just the sort of game where we make ourselves look mugs.
Need to approach it as though they're a top team and have that high tempo as per sep/oct.

My first away since Anfield. Friday night in Nottingham, train over early doors, staying night in Leicester with missus' friends for her birthday celebration. Top weekend! Shame we have wait two weeks!

Noticed in the programme we have sold out 3300 tickets for this, should be a good away day.

To stay up, they will need to beat us, but unfortunately for them, I don't think they will. We are to them what Everton are to us, we just seem to have the Indian sign over them. Shame for them, because from what I have seen of them on MOTD, they look really decent, they have played some great football at times, they have retained their spirit and I don't know why they are bottom of the league, they have not played like a team that is doomed to relegation, but there you have it, when your luck's out, your luck's out. 1-2 West Ham

Be interesting to see if Nigel Pearson gets the bullet in the lead up to the game.

Think we'll go 4-3-1-2, with Reid and Valencia back. Cole to replace Enner for last half hour. 2-2, Sakho, Cole.

Just booked the Premier Inn closest to the ground on the Friday and Saturday night for this - looking forward to this game but sure why, think it will be a tough game.

Re: Leicester City vs West Ham Utd: match thread
Looking forward to this , there's a cracking chip shop not too far away from the crisp bowl .
I din't think Leicester were too bad when we played them in December, perhaps a little naive, but far from the worst side we have played this term .
A potential banana skin for sure .
Will return nearer matchday to pick my side once we see the injury list improving .

Re: Leicester City vs West Ham Utd: match thread
I like Leicester and Nigel Pearson. Usually set up attacking, and go for it. Rubbish at the back which us why they are the bottom.
We were poor at home against them and benefited from a defensive howler.
We need to get really at there back players with pace and put their defence under a lot of pressure from the off. Basically treat it as 'we will score more than you'
If we sit back, then they have a pretty decent attacking strength and will cause us problems.
Would like us to really go for it and could win 3-2 or something like that, but they are deserving of a win soon and will be targeting this one as a match to get three points.
Early prediction 1-1

Re: Leicester City vs West Ham Utd: match thread
As mentioned, they've probably looked at us and earmarked us as a potential 3 points looking at our form so they'll probably come at us from the off with the crowd behind them, if we can see out the opening 15 mins and maybe nick an early goal I can see us going on to win it fairly comfortably.
I'm going for a 2-0 west ham win.

Jussi, O' Brien, Demel, Nolan, Jarvis, Nene, Amalfitano
Can't wait to see Carlton destroy Captain Coward or will he be injured again?!
