We came, we saw and went to bed quite early. The average away attending KUMBer now gets Saga e mails and reads Proust.

I've said it before UtJ, but the way this site enables fans to get tickets, transport and meet is its unseen brilliance.

Not exactly up to date, but just in case you didn't see it, Bilic said in his post match that it wasn't too serious, was taken off as a precaution and should be ok for Tuesday.

My mate sent me a picture of myself giving him loads of abuse.
I asked him where the Rio money had gone as he walked past at half time.

I went to the match with an ex HMRC prosecutor who was on his case (honest). She warmed us up with some stories which, sadly, cannot be repeated on here.

Just read the OV, interesting reading those comments and fair play, the Liverpool support came across quite well I thought.

Another interesting comment which I didn't realise was that despite us banging on the drum of that team being kids and we should be beating them etc, they still fielded a side which cost circa £100m.

Puts the result into perspective a little I feel.

Billy Bonds chant at the end to twicthy (with James' sly applaud), and Collins' response to "You're not ginger anymore" were my highlights of a very long day. Got back to Essex at 2.15am. Good day out but all in all an uninspiring game.

Off topic - the extension to their main stand, and the height distance to the pitch make me feel a lot warmer about the OS. You may as well be sitting in Goodison. If we thought the Boleyn ground was lop-sided, imagine what Anfield will look like when this thing is opened

Heard a rumour that the replay could be switched from Tuesday to Wednesday - which would mean I could get to the game.
Any credence?

They're selling tickets for the Tuesday so would be surprised if it's moved.

Could only hear it / pick up on it at the end of the game but it was very audible!

Redknapp you're a c**t, Twitch in a minute and Billy Bonds!

Harry still clearly has a lot of love for the club, you can pick up on it in all of his recent gigs covering us or talking about us. I think that abuse would have really surprised him and it may have just been me but it thought it looked noticeable on his face.

As a side note, we (dubai hammers) were approached by someone who is organising an evening with Harry on the same day as our game at Sunderland. They wanted us to take all of our members along... needless to say, they didn't get much of a response!

Also... to answer my own question from a few pages ago... only one team has ever kept 4 clean sheets against Liverpool in one season so we can equal that record.
