Stadium Guide:

Ideally situated at the junction of I-5 and I-90, CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center are easily reachable by car and many other modes of transportation.
From the North and South
I-5 and the Alaskan Way Viaduct both have exits near CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center. From I-5 there are exits at James Street, 4th Avenue, and Airport Way that will all place visitors in close proximity to the facility.
From the East
CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center can be reached by both I-90 and SR 520 from the east. From I-90, follow the signs to Fourth Avenue South and turn right. Turn right onto South Royal Brougham Way. From SR 520, take I-5 South, then take either the James Street, 4th Avenue, or Airport Way exits to place you in proximity to the facility.

Re: Seattle Sounders v West Ham United: Match Thread
As mentioned in the pre-season thread, these are the players currently available for the game.
GK: Adrian, Spiegel
DF: Burke, Byram, Cresswell, Oxford, Page, Henry, Reid
MF: Browne, Feghouli, Lanzini, Makasi, Noble, Nordtveit, Poyet, Quina, Samuelsen, Obiang
AT: Carroll, Martinez
Although Tomkins, Sakho and Antonio were training at Chadwell Heath Friday, Tomkins didn't fly due to his impending transfer to Crystal Palace, Antonio's wife is due to give birth any moment so may join up with the rest of the squad later, and Sakho is nowhere to be seen so far yet in Seattle. Perhaps for similar reasons to Tomkins, who knows.
Sounders website states the match will be broadcast on JOEtv, a local Seattle TV channel so will keep an eye out for links on the day.
EDIT: Kouyate and Valencia are the other players who are not with the squad but they have recently been on international duty. Cullen I believe is still at Chadwell Heath, he may have a knock.

Re: Seattle Sounders v West Ham United: Match Thread
I'd hazard a guess at a line-up similar to this.

Glad to see Martinez there. Looking forward to seeing what he can do. Could save us a lot of money.

Why, upon what evidence?
I know nothing about him and want to learn.

Can everyone promise not to start having a meltdown if we lose?
The overreaction to pre season friendlies is the most embarrassing thing on this fine website.

Re: Seattle Sounders v West Ham United: Match Thread
Looking forward to this! My brother and I are popping over from Vancouver.
Heading to Fado Irish pub for pre (and probably post!) game beers.
Hopefully Sounders fans are more genuine then Whitecaps fans, who are very PG and indifferent to the action on the pitch. Most of them are more focused on eating their body weight in chicken.
COYI.

AFAIK this match will not be broadcast live. It will be broadcast at 12am PST (8am GMT) on a channel called Root Sports which is a feed of JoeTV..
Good luck!

it's advertised as being live on the tv listings for JoeTV. But I think the chances of any streams are low. Shame the club didn't sort something out really.
