PSF: West Ham Utd 3-0 Karlsruher SC (23/07/16)

Haven't seen Ricardo knocking about but feel free to add all your good stuff mate.

Personally, with this being the final game before the Europa League qualifier I'm expecting a lot more attacking effort as opposed to just a kickabout. Should be streamed live on Premier Sports again too, Wembley to confirm.

Be nice to see the big man getting some minutes.

For me, we should be playing the team that we plan to use next Thursday, and we should put more intensity into this game to try and win it. I've got the feeling in the last few games that we are just holding back and have very little ambition to go and win the game (understandably so, it's pre season). I just don't feel like the intensity is something that can just be turned on instantly next Thursday so we need to go into this game with the idea that it matters more than the other games.

It was over 20 years ago but, without consulting the Internet, isn't this the side we signed Slaven from? Nice touch

Spot on as far as I'm concerned.

And yeah Jumby, we signed Bilic from Karlsruher 20 years ago  makes me feel old.

Come on you irons. If we don't win this one and kick some butt tommorow I'll be p*ssed off! I won't be worried and knicker wet, because I remember our terrible pre season last year. But then we came out of the blocks firing on all cylinders. But I will be annoyed having watched all the games and not seen us win one!

There we go. Slav is clearly on the same wavelength as me. That's got to be the team we'll start with next Thursday. Hope to see more intensity today.

Don't worry, as soon as the game starts you won't see him.

Pretty much gone full strength. There's not much by way of senior players on the sideline!

Must say it does look a bit thin. I know Ogbonna, Payet and Collins are away because they were involved in the Euros, and Lanzini is off to the Olympics, but we look more bare bones than we ever were under 'Arry.

Should be going with Fletcher up front for me.

You're joking right?

Euros goalkeeper. Cresswell and Antonio at full back. Champions League player alongside Reid. Nobes and Kouyate in the middle. Two quality European level wingers in Feghouli and Tore. Carroll up top.

And as you say, without Payet, Adrian, Ogbonna, Obiang, Lanzini, Collins, Sakho, which is almost half of a team that we regularly started with last year.

Then you've got the two Reeces, Samuelsen, Fletcher and Martinez, Cullen and Byram as youngsters.

This is the strongest, deepest squad we've had in forever.

The fact that Valencia is pony.

Start Fletcher today and Thurs. Bilic has got this one wrong IMO.
