Want us to destroy this lot as I too, want Bilic to stay as our manager.

However, 1-1 or 2-1 to Boro.

I think he's been pretty average all seasons mate, to be honest. The sub we've got on the bench for me has been above that standard more often than not when he has played

Mate come on! It was a serious question, who played better than Adrian today? Nobody, exactly, he was our best player today and he is still one of the best keepers in the league, Randy is an alright back up but if you threw him into this mess nothing would change.

No one played well today. I'm just saying Adrian continued his iffy run of form. We have a keeper on the bench who usually plays better than Adrian is right now. Personally I'd play him

Back to basics I think:

Adrian

Byram - Reid - Ogbonna - Arbeloa

Obiang - Kouyate - Nordtviet

Antonio - Zaza - Payet

Keep it tight, keep a clean sheet. Bring on Lanzini in the second half to push for a winner. We're spending far too much time chasing games this season. Game state has a massive impact, last season we spent a crazy amount of time in front and made the most of it.

Zaza can't start again. I'm sure he'd probably up his game if he came off the bench too, he'd know then that he really does have something to prove.

Sorry jumby but Adrian should have saved the first from there it was downhill. We had played ok and if could have gone in at half time even we would have had some confidence but his lack of a save for austins effort provided the sucker punch today. Yeah he made some saves after but the real damage was done

I thought Reid actually played very very well today. Let down by the midfield again. Not tracking runners, losing the ball in stupid areas and not getting back into shape after possession was lost. Feel very sorry for Reid, ogbonna and Adrian. Did very little wrong today but will get the blame none the less

Even if I think Zaza will come good, I think he'll need someone close to him up front.

We should go with a 4-2-2-2

with two out of Nordtveit/Obiang/Kouyate on the middle and Lanzini and Payet a bit further and either Fletcher or Calleri next to Zaza. Our back line tucked back, no-one looking for overlaps.

A top keeper would have saved it, Nord was poor and Antonio lost his man. Take your pick

YWN your giving Adrian far too much credit.. a Sunday league keeper would have saved that! It was an easy shot at a slow speed. Bread and butter
