This is probably the wrong place to post, but can anybody tell me how to list my ST in the ticket exchange thing? I can't see where to do it. Failing that, is the e-ticketing thing working now so that I can transfer to someone on KUMB? Ta

Collins in for Reid would be the only change I would make.

Stoke are on a good run that will end against us: 2-1 WHU.

Cant agree with giving Lanzini a rest! he is one of our most creative link up players, makes the runs and puts in a shift!
If he had someone in front of him who could actually hit a cows arse with a banjo to lay off to his efforts would be a whole lot more appreciated i think!

Whenever Lanzini hasn't played this season we've looked like a sack of spuds who can't string more than 2 passes together and as of late he's often the only one making any meaningful runs into the box off the ball. He's top 3 in terms of first names on the team sheet, I'm sure he can handle 2 games in 6 days followed by an international break, he must start.

Going to reiterate my observation again from the weekend. Antonio's poor positional play had a major impact on our shape on Sunday.

Antonio starts out too wide when receiving the ball as a forward which means that our midfield are forced to make runs into the box to be the target-man - but do you really want you 5-foot-something midfielder to be contesting with opposition CBs in a 'static' situation?

You joke about have someone in front that can hit the side of a barn, but the real issue on Sunday was why wasn't Antonio in a more central position to allow the likes of Lanzini and Payet to run off him/to play passes in behind of Everton defence.

Antonio's through ball to Ayew was fantastic and where Ayew was in that play should have been where Antonio needed to be in the first half. Antonio's lack of positional awareness nullified our creative midfielders.

When you have Obiang, our defensive midfielder rushing up into their box on more that one occasion, you know your team's shape has gone out the window.

Please let's give Fletcher a start, we can't do any worse ! I think we might just have a little gem there but he's not being given a chance.
Let him have a run in the team and "do a Rashford" ! :scarfer:

^^^^^^^

Agreed.

I have been saying this from the start of the season.

Look at how well Fernandes has performed.

Is the situation even comparable? Fernandes had already made 50-70 appearances with FC Sion in the Swiss top tier before his first game in the Premiership - and those 50-70 appearances included full Europa League ties and starts against the likes of Liverpool.

Fernandes maybe around the same age as Fletcher, but he's a seasoned pro compared to Fletcher.

If sakho is ready put him in we must have some fire power up top if not give the new boys a start fletcher or calleri. Calleri in my opinion only needs a goal he has the movement zaza lacks and a goal is all he needs to get him going surely he or fletcher deserves a start :crest:

unfortunately I'm not sure Bilic is a fan of our younger players.

I believe in Fletcher and think he's the real deal but for me Antonio's playing well up front and I'd persist with him. I don't mind him running the width of the field. He's dragging defenders out of position and creating space for others unlike Zaza who barely moves. Our problem is that we can't finish for toffee. As a team. Our chance conversion is pathetic.

We all cried out for Pedro to get a run of games..... Let's do the same for Fletcher. Would like him to be told the next five games you're starting, let's see what you can do. He cannot be any worse that what we've had up top so far and when you come on for minutes here and there you try too hard!

Collins in for Reid and go with Ayew up top. If we play like we can it should be a victory but you just never know in football. I like Antonio up top but he can't finish with his feet. He never strikes the ball cleanly always scuffs it. If that boy had a bit of composure in front of goal he would be deadly.

Any news on Shaqiri yet? Would be a right touch if their two most creative players are both out!

Feel bad for Fernandes as he hasn't really put a foot wrong since he's been playing but I also kind of agree we need to start with Ayew up front at the start and see how he does with Antonio at RWB.
