Spot on , and that's why I want them gone , and when they go I want them to sell their shares for £1 more than they paid for them .

Not a penny more .

They've been utter failures as owners , clueless beyond belief .

That's a tad unfair mate..IMHO obviously.

The team we played yesterday were apparently the tenplate of future success...YET

The atmosphere was shocking, their team was outplayed and even with the help of a very iffy ref all game they were very lucky to blag a win.

We get the stadium right....sort out the relationship between the club and the fans...and we have something that none of the other "top" london teams have.

The real sad thing is that they are trying to turn us into them...clueless

We are carrying far too many weak signings, all made by the Dave's and their Big Promises! how many do we need to clear out in January? we needed to do the same in the summer? Reid gave everything, but now we miss him next week, we seem to be the team that likes to keep giving, the match was in the bag, major error by Randolph as well. Antonio keeps the flag flying with his goal tally, what genuine hard work and enthusiasm he puts in.

I feel its the hard times that make you what you are.

We just outplayed a supposd top 4 team yesterday...and with a decent fit striker and without a stupid Norwegian we'd have bought home the points easily.

The ref was truly atrocious too....nothing new there.

The only thing I'm concerned about is some of Slavs substitutions yesterday.

Fortunes always hiding as bloody usual :x
Pretty much on the money there mate. I was not expecting a win, we played well enough for me to believe we could, painfull as a loss is, we were not a bad side [individual errors aside]
Is this a record for a club to not have a striker score for the first 12 games [so far]
?

[quote="Doc H Ball"

Not sure what I want most this season - winning the league or being relegated. Personally I'd find the latter more funny.

Back the team, but **** the Club is my new motto.[/quote]

Enjoy reading your posts doc. this is much the same as where I am at.
Strange that we can play some good football, that should really take us into top half of the table, but we cant see it through
So I will now be looking for odds on a doing the treble over the mancs and will see you all up there :P

This is undoubtedly true...

Zaza has been atrocious. Nordtveit has been atrocious too.

So why the f*** bring them on when Fletcher and Collins are available ?

What we've seen of Fletcher he holds the ball up, it sticks, which is what was needed...

Did Payet need to go off for a defender at all ?

If he did then why Nordtveit and not Collins ?

Appalling substitutions.

The best team lost. How many times, over the years, has that happened to us?

I'd rather we lost 5-0

Just watched the Zaza/Payet incident again on motd.

It just gets worse. :thdn:

Absolutely atrocious. I was screaming for him to release him but he just went on and on until it was too late. Before Zaza had a chance to run at his man on the edge of the box, instead he slowly lined up a shot and hit it straight at the defender. He's down there with Mike Newell, Benni Mac and shitty Titi as the worst strikers ever to pull on our shirt in the last 20 or so years.

I felt so gutted for Winston, CK and Obiang yesterday. They were immense. Sadly Oggy had one of his half asleep days and the introduction of Zaza and Nordshite was mind boggling.

We've lost 4-1 and 4-0 there within the last 10 years...much much worse.

We pretty much lost to West Ham yesterday, not Tottenham...they were woeful for almost an entire half, and again when we went 2-1 up, we were causing them all sorts of problems on the counter.

The way we've lost and the fact it's Tottenham is a sickener...but it's not worse than a humiliating defeat there.

We deserved to win which is what makes it hard to take. 3 CB's and Kane is unmarked in the middle of the goal for the 2nd as Oggy switched off and has Nordtveidt never heard the term "stay on your feet"?

I'm surprised Winston didn't rip his head off in the dressing room.

I get pee'd off with 'played well, unlucky'.

I know it's not rational but games like yesterday are worse for me than getting tonked.

Yeah agreed. Then there's Kane getting MOTM and usual jizz fest when he scored a pen and found himself at the end of a real piece of good fortune. Goes totally missing for most of the game. No such luck for England and look at him there

Opinions eh...

I know their keeper was far busier than ours....the one thing i always ask myself on leaving a game.

With a quality striker we'd have won easily....which will be the story of this season.

I don't think we got battered at all. Randolph pulled off a worldie and that was about it until we went to pot. Reid and CK had stormers and we had more than enough openings to put ourselves out of sight.

If we didn't have to rely on utter **** like Zaza and Nord or had bought on Ginge and Fletcher instead, we probably would have seen it out or at the very least got a point.

Apologies, havent read much of the thread, so may repeat what others have said

Bilic cost us that game with a negative, obvious substitution. Nordveit - whos awful anyway - on for Payet.

Spurs were terrified of Payet. Making that sub moved the whole game 30 yards nearer our goal.

When I coach my 11 year olds, I make subs based on how the game pans out. That switch yesterday smelled to me of always being the plan if we were ahead/level with 10 to go. Payet, Lanzini, Antonio were occupying Tottenham. Bilic decided to cancel that. And look what happened.

You cant blame Bilic for poor goalkeeping or nordveits stupid challenge, but he invited all that on yesterday, trying to hold on, when we were relatively comfortable in the first place.

I've got a better idea, sell their shares for £1 (not £1 more) to a supporters' trust which can be hastily set up. They're still multi-multi millionaires, the fans own the club, everyone's happy. No?
