Re: West Ham United v Arsenal Match Thread
The good news. Southend Vic trains are actually working tomorrow! I'm looking forward to the extra booze time no rushing about. I hope the bowl of disappointment produces an intimidating atmosphere like the Chelsea game. Despite all the fuss made over nothing that night was the only time the place has felt like home. The players responded to it and we turned over a much more expensive side than us. We are West Ham , we need to do everything we can to make it an uncomfortable place to visit for the upper classes of this division.
Basically maximum effort from us tomorrow, if the players are found lacking then we can start moaning after knowing we did our bit.

bit of positivity. arsenal always flop when they think they are going to lay a team out.

Think we are going to get absolutely tonked
3-0 down at half time
Arsenal take foot off pedal 2nd half, ends 4-0 in a half empty stadium

I think you could be right. Only not this weekend, next weekend. Liverpool could absolutely rinse us silly.Tristan Shout wrote:I've got a real nasty feeling it's going to be 7, there is always a couple of 7-0's a season, reckon we'll see one this weekend, I can't watch, probably give us a swerve till after the new year, it's upsetting me too much at the moment
So could Arsenal, mind you, but my only source of optimism for this weekend is big AC coming back with a bang and netting another hat trick...okay a brace would do...well okay a goal would do...I suppose a 0-0 would do...just don't get pumped, that would do.
Edit: Didn't see Jinxed's post. Fletcher up top it is then.
