Re: Swansea vs West Ham: match thread
I've said this in two consecutive match threads and we've won. So can't break the cycle now.
Throw everything at the c****.
Irons!!

I am also confident we will play better as long as the manager and players continue to work hard at the training ground.

4 points off 7th. If we can win this then the performances and confidence will come back and we can begin to enjoy the second half of the season and also go full steam against Citeh in the cup. Onwards and upwards

That's what I'd like to see with Antonio making a last return to right back for now
However I think will be same team as today with Fernandez in for obiang or nordviet in for him

I'm gonna go for another horrible, shitty, ugly even worse than our last one if that is possible , 1-0 win again in which we seem to specialise

Ayew must be nailed on to score, surely?
He's been getting closer and the old boy curse must work for us for once.

Re: Swansea vs West Ham: match thread
I think Fernandez is too lightweight for the central position atm. Today he lost a number of duels he was favourite to win. Would revert Kouyate to CM.

Just for once...please, just for once let us benefit from the old boys curse rather than being on the other end.bubbles1966 wrote:Ayew must be nailed on to score, surely?

Re: Swansea vs West Ham: match thread
We've rode our luck the last 2 matches.
0:0 or a win to Swansea....nobody expected us to be even shittier against Hull. But we were.
Maybe just maybe....away from from the OS might help!

Re: Swansea vs West Ham: match thread
Away from our shitty stadium we are a different kettle of fish. I fancy a convincing win here (and a bit of revenge for that 4-1 drubbing at Upton Park)
1-3
1-3

Re: Swansea vs West Ham: match thread
I'd take a 0-0 just to keep the unbeaten run going.
7 points from 9 and still playing without a shred of confidence or belief, everyone's nerves are well and truly shot from playing in front of a flat and jeery home crowd and neither are giving the other one the lift they need. Away might be our best chance of finding that gear we've lost but I'd still sacrifice a pucker performance in favour of another point at the moment because no corner has been turned.
Be tempted to go back to 4-2-3-1 even if it's Antonio at RB.

Re: Swansea vs West Ham: match thread
0-1, they hit the post and bar half a dozen times each and we get rewarded a goal a full foot from crossing the line because the ref's beeper ****ed up.
