I went up there back before they were relegated in the late 2000s and I'd estimate we had max 1500 up there that day so definitely yes. Was a **** game and we lost 1-0. Haven't been back.Porkeyes wrote:I was going to say, 3000 to Boro is more than the norm aint it?

Don't we have close to 1000 fans on the away scheme also? Leaving very little to go around.

We've had 3000 up there before...and took nearly 2000 to a midweek in the fizzy pop.dodger wrote: I went up there back before they were relegated in the late 2000s and I'd estimate we had max 1500 up there that day so definitely yes. Was a **** game and we lost 1-0. Haven't been back.

OK... not as bad as I thought, still only leave 1300 up for grabs for a Sat 3pm game... very poor from the club!Romford wrote: Around 700 i heard...

To be fair I've only been there a couple of times so you'd know better than me.Romford wrote:

The one I was talking about I think their Maccarone bloke scored the winner, and we were in a relegation battle.

Is Byram likely to start for this? Fantasy Football have him marked down with a knock (knee injury). I know as he's in my team as a supercheap defensive option who was likely to play at the weekend...
Did Bilic mention him in the presser today?

Re: Middlesbrough V West Ham United: Match Thread
They were going to do that but 600 applications were made for one and the ticket office used their common sense and gave all applicants one for this season .It's clear though that for many games some away STH aren't bothering - one consequence of the £30 price cap .the polecat wrote:I thought the ASTs were limited to a maximum of 500,
It's made it harder for match to match goers , places like Bournemouth with only 1200 available to start with will be difficult , but it does reduce the admin burden in the TO , and for less popular games there are always tickets kicking about .
General rule of thumb is tickets in London always harder to get than tickets outside M25 .

Re: Middlesbrough V West Ham United: Match Thread
Hopefully we can get Fonte signed in time:
Randolph
Byram Fonte Reid Cresswell
Nobes Obiang
Feghouli Lanzini Antonio
Carroll.
Probably the best team we'll have lined up with this season.

Would be typical to follow up last with with a frustrating 1-0 loss
3-1 West Ham win
3-1 West Ham win

Indeedy. For those of us travelling up there, mind your backs. The natives are keen for some revenge for this one after their visit to the OS and they won't be fussy who they go for.sutts07 wrote:Think they will be plenty busy elsewhere
