That's what I think it is as Randolph has been poor for a run of games now

However surely if Adrian was playing then he would likely sign a new deal, up until being dropped it appeared he was very happy at the club

Swap Antonio and Ayew for Fegs and Snodders and keep it the same. I've no faith in Byram at right back so it's gotta be Kouyate. Snodders can be super sub if we need a goal

We're quite settled in the 4-5-1 now so let's not slip back to three in defence.

I am a big Noble fan, I think he has done fantastically for us over the years and I hope he continues to for many years to come.
However, I think it is time to give Obiang and Kouyate a go in the middle of the park with Lanzini played centraly just in front.
Noble to come on with 20 to go for whichever of the three mentioned above looks the least convincing or tired. Noble with his passing ability at that stage of the game as gaps start to open is when he would be most dangerous/effective.

I thought the Stoke nonsense is what did it for Adrian..

The other trouble is that it seems to be uncommon to chop and change keepers during a season based just on form. Having made the decision to drop Adrian I don't think we can now drop Randolph and bring Adrian back so stuck with a just about adequate keeper for the rest of the season. Both need replacing as starting keeper IMO but that's for another thread.

I would have Byram at RB, the sightly lower level of Bournemouth will give him a better run out than against the likes of Chelsea. If he bums that then yeah, questions need asking. I'd have Noble, Feghouli and Snodgrass on the bench

I would go along with Bowltorius's pick other than GK

----------------------Randolph
Byram-------Fonte--------Reid-----Cresswell
------------------Kouyate---Obiang
Ayew---------------Lanzini------------Antonio
-----------------------Carroll

Bournemouth last season was one of Enner Valencia's finest hours so who will step up to the plate this game? Stay tuned etc.

0-1. Hold on for dear life at the end but leave the south coast with 3 lovely points :crest:

I know it's a cliche but there really aren't gimme wins for us against anybody in the PL. A draw would be a reasonable result.

Antonio back in for Feg (who did ok last night but I can't see who else can make way). I'd join the radical group arguing for a RB to start at RB.

Back to normal for this matchand hopefully another win away.
would go

Adrain
Byram-------Fonte--------Reid-----Cresswell
------------------Kouyate---Obiang
Ayew---------------Lanzini------------Antonio
-----------------------Carroll

However how likely is it that carroll will be fit for this one ? If not fit would play fletcher

2-1 west ham and back in the top 10

Initially it was awful form. Now, who knows. Randy is doing alright any way. Recalling the erratic Adrian who is out of contract would be a strange move

Got give Byram a run to until the end of the season to see if he can cut it....Kouyate is wasted there...

I'd like to see this line up, at least once this season.

Unfortunately this isn't a dead cert 3 points. Bournemouth have had a habit of beating us.
I don't think it matters too much on our line up, we just need to make sure we play to our strengths and
not make mistakes like against chelsea. Antonio will make all the difference to us having some pace though.

IMO, that's our strongest line up, though could easily change Randolph for Adrian as I think there is little to choose between them

AC needs protection from injury, can be impact sub 60mins. Fletcher can offer the much needed pace up top, stretching their back 4 providing space for the likes of Lanzini/Ayew/Antonio to exploit.

3-1 Ammers :scarfer:

Players such as Antonio, Lanzini, Carroll and Snodgrass are well suited for Bournemouth.
As long as we don't concede more than one goal, we'll grab points.
