agree with the above.(as in that's what Slav will pick).
probably good enough to nick a draw too.

Re: Sunderland v West Ham United: Match Thread
Fingers crossed for a 1-3 away victory that all but sees us safe.
Re: Sunderland v West Ham United: Match Thread
A crucial match and with the team so hard hit by injury and suspension and a poorly performing goalkeeper, in any real world scenario, Arbeloa, Nordveidt and Adrian should be starting on Saturday
But Slav won't be having that, I don't think, because, it seems, he's so very, very upset with the 3 of them
Not sure who wins in this battle of stubborness, but it sure ain't West Ham United, that's for sure

Re: Sunderland v West Ham United: Match Thread
They are ripe for the picking. The loss to Man Utd last weekend surely has killed off any belief that they can prevent the drop to the Championship and so we must go there and do the business.
And I think we will. 0-2.

Re: Sunderland v West Ham United: Match Thread
Goalkeeper debate interesting but having stuck with him Saturday what justification would he have changing him for this one , there was a clean sheet , more interested in striker options I liked what I saw from calleri sat and I would start him, there is something in there

This is the last possible win of the season for me. We should go for the 3 pts and make us safe.
Randolph will play due to clean sheet I would like adrian in but it isnt going to happen for this game.
Randolph
Byram fonte collins masuaka
fernandez kouyate
fegouli lanzini ayew
carroll
bench adrian cresswell nordsvelt callerei sakho quinna snodgrass
2-0 Hammers

Adrian won't get a game now. The chance to drop Randolph has been and gone.
I would like to see the same lineup as Swansea with Calleri replacing the injured Antonio. There was a lot of fluidity to our play that we should look to enhance further.

I am loving the fact that suddenly Adrian is the new Dino Zoff
Other players don't need to be on the pitch they need to be off it. Their skill and talent levels go up exponentially with the games they don't play.
Calleri will soon be the new Van Persie
2-0 to us

Is the 2-0 win based on the team that lost 5 in a row?bristolhammerfc wrote:I am loving the fact that suddenly Adrian is the new Dino Zoff

I wouldn't change much from the last one. Their confidence will be up now.
Re: Sunderland v West Ham United: Match Thread
I fully agree that this is the last game we can win this season. Get the three points and we can finally write this garbage season off.

Re: Sunderland v West Ham United: Match Thread
Put a couple of decent performances in these next few games v Sunderland and Stoke and there is money to be gained from the higher league finish.
Still think we may end up on about 44 points

Re: Sunderland v West Ham United: Match Thread
He also said Carroll could manage 15-20 minutes against Swansea, but that Sunderland was "completely different", then went on to say Calleri and Carroll would "share minutes on the pitch". So I wonder which bit is actually true. He also seemingly forgot about Sakho altogether.sutts07 wrote:Bilic pretty much eluded to a Calleri start just now in his press conf.
