I love how the official OS describes it as a 'slimmed down' squad for the match.
In other words expect a huge mauling but we warned you might happen so it's ok.

For me, too. Not sure Bilic sees it that way, though. He always seems to err on the side of "experience"rare as rockinghorse shat wrote:

No Sakho, Carroll, Kouyate, Lanzini, Antonio, Cresswell, or Feghouli. Then no Reid through suspension.
Crazy situation a week before the season.

I'd imagine that's short for "everyone is injured".djclipz wrote:I love how the official OS describes it as a 'slimmed down' squad for the match.

I actually think he's one of our best players. Hugely underrated after one bad game against WBA.rare as rockinghorse shat wrote:Arthur Masuaku is the starting full back for me anyway.

Him and Arnie my early prediction for a HoTY battle.HammerAl wrote: I actually think he's one of our best players. Hugely underrated after one bad game against WBA.

Hardly groundbreaking but judging from the club's snapchat account Hart, Zabaleta and Fonte are all starting.

The players seem to really rate Masuaku. I think it was Lanzini who picked him for his '5 a side team' when interviewed.

A lot of Icelandic kids really disappointed by the City players not even acknowledging them. Think they thought autographs wouldn't be a problem. Welcome to the Premier League...

I thought Hart couldn't play but i guess that's not for friendlies then
It's almost our best line up bar Chicharito, Lanzini, Reid and you could argue Cheik over Noble
