Adrian back between the sticks. Clean sheet again. :D

Anyone here the Cheltenham manager say he hopes that gives us the confidence to go on and have a good season?

Nice touch that, came across as a genuine fella.

Certain posters may want to look away as highlights of our win are up next on C5.

A Lot of time for Gary Johnson, took my local team Yeovil into the football league for the first time, then through the leagues into the championship, top bloke who's son Lee is doing a cracking job at Bristol City.

Still at 100%!

Great game, still look like we lack confidence however Ginge was solid as a rock!

Hopefully this will help, I hope we get a good draw for the next round!

However I hope everyone had a great time! Safe journey home to all traveling.

C5 football seems to be presented by a couple of 1960s Thunderbirds puppets.

Can't see anything less than a reasonable size Fizz team left in the draw (maybe Burton/Doncaster aside).

If we're gonna draw a "big" club it's better in round 3 than the quarters/semis.

@beavis & stulaw, i am thrilled we won and mentioned it. I felt cheltenham deserved praise abd mentioned it. We wanted to win more in my opinion and sakho and ayew took thier goals well but for me thier was somthing odd about the way they conducted themselves.
Have i slated them? Have i undermined thier performance? I think no to both questions. There have been occasions when i feel the need to question the ability, desire , committment and heart if some players.

All i have suggested tonight is that in my opinion two players and the manager seemed to appear a little odd in thier body language.

Nice ground, not UEFA cat 4 maybe, but had a good view of sunset over the Malvern hills and got a good cuppa from someone who smiled.

It was an eye of a needle pass that reached it's desired target, Sakho. Great vision and execution and just at the time we needed it.

Managed to watch most of from the consultation room at work. Tidy. Just what I was expecting, too reasonably soft goals, but if they are hit on target then things happen and both players do like to shoot at least. Ginge pele was immense, didn't quite understand why the little pea was brought on.

Still dislike sakho.

I still love Sakho because when he plays, it invariably means goals. Always a threat up front.

Lovrly goal and assist tonight. Ran Ginge Pale close for man of the match.

Haha, it's a real treat isn't it?

Good, mostly comfortable win. Thought Byram was decent, defended well and was always open for a pass going forward.

Rice shone again, he's mastered the art of stealing possession in the middle of the park, holding off the opposition with his strength and picking a simple pass; he did it over and over again today. Can't wait to see him in an Ireland shirt, O'Neill may cap him soon!

I thought Noble played well generally, though he seemed to drop back quite often and ended up playing in a similar role as Rice, which was unnecessary. With Lanzini out, I'd like to see him revert back to his old position further forward.

Thought Ginge was immense but why did he have to make so many last ditch blocks and intercept so many crosses? If he didn't anticipate all those dangerous situations , Cheltenham would have scored. Rice was tidy, but when we try to play out of defence our passing and link-up play looks poor and without purpose. We need Lanzini , Antonio and Arnie to get some attacking momentum and stretch defences. Sakho always looks as if he might score , so I hope we don't sell him unless we get a better replacement (if AC is still crocked). Apart from Sakho, Rice and Ginge , all the rest were average and we had a very good 5 mins of movement and passing (and the help of bad goalkeeping) to convert those 2 goals. Our defence imho still looks shaky and likely to leak goals against better PL forwards.

Competent performance........ very unlike us.

Billy Glassback impressed me with his running and his goal (Totally unexpected)

Ginge led by example

Fernandes needs a Charles Atlas course

Be glad when Lanzini is back but at the end of the day a banana skin has been avoided
