EFLCR3: West Ham Utd 3-0 Bolton Wanderers (19/09/17)

Re: West Ham Utd v Bolton Wanderers: match thread
While I'm glad we won, I spent most of yesterday's match bored out of my skull. Passing the ball sideways and backwards repeatedly so the other team can't do anything with it may be "professional" but it certainly isn't exciting. I guess I must be really shallow but I would like to see Andy Carroll jumping around and a bit of goalmouth action.

nothing more british in taking pride in other peoples failures rather than your own achievementsbubbles500 wrote:Arsenal expecting lowest gate since Emirates opened
prob why majority of our fans would take relegation on the chin if we guaranteed to beat spurs twice in that season
Re: West Ham Utd v Bolton Wanderers: match thread
Big Sam deserves some credit for getting the defence organised, but I'm in favour of a much more attacking style. I would put Carroll and Hernandez (ot their replacements when injured) up front alongside each other in every match.

You've just got the hump because they've covered the concrete up!mike1961 wrote:While I'm glad we won, I spent most of yesterday's match bored out of my skull.
