This increase in booking fees for all including STH will be taken up by WHUISA.

I understand it was only £1 last season - an anyone confirm this...?

I've just forwarded you (by email) my Chelsea league cup confirmation from last year, the booking fee has indeed doubled.

any given chance to piss off the fans, they take it.

Was only £1 last season for STH. It was used by the club as part of their literature on benefits of being a season ticket holder.

Yes, believe it was £1 per person for STHs last year.

Bought my two in the same seats.

Good to hear, thank you. The two quid extra isn't the problem, the problem is them raising this booking fee by 100% with absolutely no heads up, all for a digital ticket that goes on our cards anyway! C-units.

Also PC, was there any update on WHUISA's letter about the Cheltenham game/subsiding travel costs? Four away games in thirteen days and a PL club with disgusting amounts of TV money flooding in couldn't show any sort of support for us fans over that period, two games of which were supposed to be at "home"

Thank you Sanchoz, hadn't seen that.

Such a cop-out saying we knew the fixture would be reversed. Yes we knew that would be the case, does that then make it ok? The club have painted themselves into an awkward corner each August whenever there are events happening at the OS, saying we knew don't sit well with me, fact is we were drawn as the home team and I had to shell out £25 for the club coaches as I had no alternative way of getting back to London that night, and take Weds afternoon off work.

Fair play to those involved at WHUISA who represent us fans very well, making fair and well articulated responses to the club on such cock-ups at their end

All cup games are paper tickets. The increase is still poor form though, £6 extra for me to take the kids to this.

Are you sure?

I'm pretty certain that the Bolton game is to be loaded on my access card.

Funnily enough it's just been withdrawn from sale, I wonder if they're doing something to the booking fees.

It said access card at checkout.

There really is no excuse.

A multi million pound business rinsing it's loyalist customers for the sake of a few bob.

When I booked ours it clearly stated that they would be added to our card, so does the confirmation email.

Scandalous rise in cost, probably gong to ticketmaster though - I don't trust Brady to actually negotiate competently or read the small print on contracts.

Said "added to access card" when I bought mine. The Chelsea league cup game last year was also added to access card so I think you are incorrect in what you say.
