Well done to Brighton and Chris Hughton.

They actually looked like they had been coached to know exactly what to do in any given situation..

Our lot ? .......They went beyond the usual standard of an underlying chaos......... and into an absolute circus.

Obviously you don't include us as well drilled defensively.

Do you?

I do, our defence was definitely well drilled, it is riddled with holes.

I think hearing the Brighton supporters singing can we play you every week while 0-3 up at our own gaff is pretty much the lowest point at the OS ..

It seems we have players whose weaknesses (rather than their strengths) when combined, just short-circuits the ability of our defence, midfield and attack to function together as one strong unit. Our style is uncoordinated football and there are just too many weak links that can break at any moment during the match.

Why didn't we press from the front like they did? Are we not fit enough to do it?

Last week the onus was not on us to attack therefore there was more space for us to use so we looked better. When we have to break teams down is when the general lack of technique, be that touch, dribbling, crossing, passing or movement is shown up.

Bilic pretty much admitted the team was wrong when after about 20 minutes Kouyate ended up at centre forward. The way he wanted us to play needed a big man through the middle but the team and substitutes did not have one. Wrong tactics or wrong team maybe both, down to the manager. There is no excuse however for not working and that is down to the players.

In the unlikely event that a Big Sam team had lost 0-3 to Brighton at home there would be no issue as to the reaction, why should it be different for Bilic just because he is a nice guy?

Well, it would be different by manager when looking at their reign and the recent history.

If Pochettino lost it would be different to Wenger losing, etc etc

All at sea in defence.

Pedestrian in attack.

I can't remember a single gilt edged chance we had. Brighton might have scored 5, and truth be told were they five goals good? They worked hard, closed down quickly and broke with pace but we made it far too easy for them.

Hernandez and Arnautovic might as well have not been on the pitch. Did Hernandez even touch the ball? If he did it must have been when I was busy yawning.

It’s funny ... some reports today are saying we needed more forwards and we might have won...!

The problem was clearly far deeper than that or Slavs instructions...

Can't be fitness if it's from the first minute

Requires effort

It's no coincidence imo that our two worst performances have been against the two promoted sides - reckon some of the players think they just need to turn up

He'd take the job if, by some miracle, Brighton go down and we stay up.

If both teams stayed up, you're right. Frankly, why would he?

Denzil you've nailed it. My sentiments exactly.

I like Billic and if our owners - actually, scrap that - if Sullivan was different, we wouldn't be in this position. He's an embarrassment and I shudder at the thought of his children running this club in the future.

That game took me back to Avram Grant's tenure without Parker to make it watchable.

Or good enough? To be honest, in the first half i think BHA ventured into our half 3 times, and scored twice. They were organised and everyone of them knew what their roles were and they played for each other.

Meanwhile, WHU ran around like headless chickens, passed the ball sideways, couldn't beat the first man at crosses and didn't have a clue what they were supposed to be doing.

Christ we've seen some low points at this club and i'm sure we'll see plenty more but f**k me, this was down there with the lowest.

Did they press from the front? I don’t think they did. They dropped very deep and got back to front in as few passes as possible
