Palace is one of the best always on account of its proximity to Clapham.

We start in Lavender Hill and end up around the junction before and after.

Couldn't think of anything worse than being squashed in the designated away pub taking an age to get served.

It seems the majority on this thread are going with Cresswell, who I think tops the Premiership for crosses delivered, yet no assists as yet.
As for Masuaku, two assists (don't think anyone in our whole team beats that) from less than 22% of the crosses Aaron makes.
If we go three at the back I think Arthur deserves to start.

We need to start playing as a team and increase the quality of chances we create.
Lanzini showed us this with the second goal on Wednesday.
I feel a few of our players could be doing better in this area.

Just a few requests from me...

Three at the back. Noble to start.

I watched the entire Newc v Palace game last week and they were the better side. Given we look so poor at protecting the defence I fear we will be undone on counterattack.

Noble has to start we need someone who leads the team, II thought Cresswell was starting to look back to the form which earned him his England place, some superb crosses into the box, but not that good when our striker was still in midfield when the ball went across the box, we had One Player there! Still feel Martinez should be on the bench.

Townsend and Zaha - we'll need to be mindful of not over-committing the entire team up-field. Always messes with my head the number of times we get so easily picked off on the counter.

Is Cresswell or Masuaku likely to start?

i would stick with the team that started Sat, bar Zab for Byram, Reid for Kouyate and Hernandez for Carroll!

Carroll is a 70th minute man for me now and i think that is the way to kill Palace off!

I see it being tight - fancy us 1-2!

I was thinking this. Based on Wednesday I'd be happy with Cress, that said, I think Arthur could rip them apart.

Think Adrian did enough to keep his place, Cressy, Noble and Ayew too if Antonio is out.

I'd be tempted to go with the following, Kouyate can drop deep to make it three at the back to start but if he goes wandering it will resemble more of a 442 diamond.

----------------- Adrian ------------------
Zabaleta Reid Ogbonna Cresswell
----------------- Kouyate ----------------
------------- Noble Obiang -------------
----------------- Lanzini ------------------
-------- Ayew Hernandez -------------

------------------Adrian-------------
--------Rice------Reid------Oggy-----
Zab-----------------------------------Cress
--------Noble--Lanzini--Obiang-----

Carroll has to start, he wasn’t great against Spurs but we don’t win that game without his flick to Lanzini. Ayew has earnt a start so it’s up to Hernandez to earn his starting place back.

Adrian
Zabaleta Rice Reid Ogbonna Cresswell
Noble Obiang
Lanzini
Ayew Hernandez

Go with this, a few players deserve starts after their midweek performances. Looking forward to this one, always a good day out.

Hart looks weak going low to his left. Adrian is the better option for me. It's a shame Sakho has got a moody back...again! I think he could score more than once at theirs if he played.

Really hope we play Noble at theirs and he has a blinder/scores a hat-trick/is MotM...then gives the finger to the old waste of space at full time...Stick that up yer bum, you ex-England failure.

Wouldn't be surprised to see a back four - to match up the Palace wingers.

Nothing wrong with having him up the sleeve as an impact sub. Surely one flick on is not enough to earn him a start?
