My cousin is taking my Dad to the game on Saturday, he is to old for train now, where is a good place for them to park relatively near the ground but more importantly not a nightmare to get out of after the game? my cousin says he had a mare when he parked in Westfield.
Any info gratefully received.
Cheers
There are spaces around the Carpenters Estate but the signs say "no parking on event days". I am not sure if they enforce this. If you were not into football how would you know it was an event day?
I would be interested to hear from anybody who has parked around Carpenters. My boy used to live in Jupp Road and there were always spaces outside his flat.

Park in Westfield. If you hang around in a local pub for 45-60 minutes after the game you'll avoid the busy queues leaving the car park. Alternatively, park on the lower levels of the car park and you'll be amongst the first out and miss the queues. Only ever got stuck for a while when I ended up on level 6.
5ATB often produces Allardyce levels of dross, 4ATB often leads to us shipping bundles, rather just stick with 4-2-3-1 so we might get to witness a few more shots out of it and see a few decent attacking moves.
I never thought I’d say this but After his performance on Saturday I would be happy to see Hart start... I think he earned that.... I’m a bit confused I said that now !!
Whilst I doubt it will happen, and most of what he said is probably right, I'd love to see us stuff this lot just for Carragher's benefit.......a few chorus' of 'Jamie carragher how **** must your team be' with us winning would be one of the most satisfying periods of my West Ham supporting career (to be fair there aren't that many to compete with)
No penalties and no red cards and we might have half a chance.
Feels strange to say but I feel like we're closer to clicking properly that maybe we think. It'd make me very happy if that happens against this ****ing lot.

I've been telling myself that for too many months now. I can't make myself believe it any more. 4-1 to Liverpool.
It was this game last year that cemented our decision not to renew. After the buzz of the Spurs game before it was like a load of WH zombies were rolled out to support us for this one. We were singing the Ludo song walking over one of the bridge and people were looking at us with their mouths open. This fixture really is the neutrals day out. If you are sat near to one of their glory hunting mock scouse cling-ons make sure they don't get to take the complete piss out of us this time.
