Why are some of you dreading this more than any other match? I've been dreading them all!

Luckily for me I will be visiting wineries, breweries and distilleries in the Hudson Valley in NY on Friday, so by match time I will hopefully be too drunk to care.

Can't see anything but 0-2 to the Foxes.

I may have been a tad optimistic with my 22 – 0 prediction against Watford. In my defence I had Antonio down for a double hat-trick, had I known he was injured it would have totally reassessed my thought process.

I’m going for a gritty 1 – 0 this time. A new training regime of squad birching, fingernail removal and waterboarding inspires them to match Leicester’s work rate, and a new club diet of cold porridge and raw haggis laced with nails improves energy levels in the last 15.

Koyate, after spending a 5 days in solitary at Chadwell Heath is brought on the last 10 to ensure the 0 – 0 draw. However, fearful of another post match kicking from Psycho, wanders over the half way line for a corner and promptly drills a 35 yard exocet into the top corner with 2 mins to go.

With a victory finally in our grasp, the ref adds 13 minutes of injury time to cover time lost when Gary Lewin had to rebraid Carroll’s syrup earlier in the half. Leicester throw everything forward in search of an equaliser, Noble clears off our line 3 times in 10 seconds while Hart ponders why he moved here and Moyes is sent to the stands after headbutting Vardy after he dives in the box for the fifth time that half.

Defo will be right this time, I can feel it.

We've lost four of our last five against this lot, the other was a draw.

Given the mood around the club I shall be placing my hard earned on them winning and at least three goals in the game.

(I think we'll beat Everton).

Was surprised so many predicted that we'd beat Watford, and surprised there are still a few eternal optimists on this thread as well.

We have been unlucky against Leicester pretty much every time we've played them in the last few seasons. I see it being the same on Friday night...we'll put in an improved performance overall but lose 1-2 or 1-3.

Any chance of Ayew being back for this? Hopefully we can bring him back in. If staying with 4 at the back I’d like to see Masuaku in front of Cresswell too. Or if 3 at the back, Masuaku at LWB.

And try and get Lanzini central.

Depends who is back but if it’s the same players as against Watford then I’d rather play Martinez upfront ready or not... we need players willing to put in a shift

This use of Carroll when he is so poor is killing us and Sakho hardly looks interested

Won’t happen but I’d consider Rice at DM and dropping Obiang or Kouyate as well, Rice looks like he can pass the ball better than the pair of them which is a good start.

Surprised people still going with 4 at the back. We cannot play with 4 at the back and haven’t been able since BFS left. Even in Slav’s first season we conceded so many goals. We need as much pace and energy as possible in the team and if that’s at the expense of our supposed better passers then sobeit.

Vardy won’t do anything on Friday as I’ll make him my captain in fantasy football.

May bring Mahez in as well to give us a fighting chance.

The only thing we've got left is hope. I go into every game thinking we'll win. 3 down with 5 to play I'm thinking we can still nick a draw. I couldn't sit and watch thinking we're going to lose, no matter how much logic dictates that outcome,

2 - 1 to us :scarfer:

Nailed on starters after Sunday to give them another chance or cos we don't have anybody else would be ..

Hart, Zab, Reid, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Obiang, Kouyate, Noble, Lanzini,
Add to that Ayew and Massuaku who was impressive and there's the team..

Subs Antonio, Martinez, Rice, Byram, Fernandes, Carroll, Adrian

Think he`ll persevere with Noble but will make a point by dropping Carroll, not sure how that 11 would line up though...Doesn't look ever so potent does it.

Let's all ditch the negativity + talk of protests before and during the game and get behind whoever is selected from the start & let's make our new manager feel welcome too. We are contributing in some part to our own downfall if we do not.

I think as fans we are going to have to stay patient and grow into the game here given the fragile confidence.

In order for that to happen we're going to need an early goal. Ideally straight from the kick off.
