I appreciate the humour. We’ve been there.

There’s a plethora of ale houses in the city for dutch courage. Have a good trip at least.

We'd be lucky to concede less than 6. Honestly think they could get 10

We need a back 7 so here it goes

Zaba Kouyate Ginge Rice Reid Ogbonna Cress

Obiang Lanzini

Antonio

Even with a back 7 I can see us conceding around 7 goals. Could be double figures my phones going off this one :fsake:

I stuck a fiver on 10-0 to them, 475-1 £2380 back!

edit: realised i did the wrong one, i did 10-0 anytime correct score. Just done another bet on them to win 10-0 and that was 500-1 on paddy power.

Skybet has the same odds for them to win 6-0 as us to win with any score. I'm also going to have a tenner on a 2-1 win. :crest:

Hoping for some form of plan of containment eg. Southampton yesterday evening.

4-3-3 that can become 5 at the back when needed with Rice in the CDM position and zabaleta and cresswell push on into wingbacks

Adrian
Zabaleta Reid Collins Cresswell
Noble Rice Lanzini
Antonio Arnautovic
Sakho

Harsh on Ayew but he doesnt fit in this system easily in terms of pace and ball carrying or hold up play.

Collins won't be fit. He hobbled off from the U23 game with a hamstring injury.
Reid won't be fit. He hobbled off from the Everton game with a hamstring injury.

Dear God. Sunday is going to be painful. I have been one of the ones bandying about the 10-0 scoreline. A bit of dark comedy humour. In all seriousness I cannot see us getting away with anything less than 6-0. If they take it easy maybe only 4 or 5.
It really is hard to see where the next win is coming from at the moment.

Our best chance might be not scoring and angering them like stoke did!

i just hope we pile into them in the tackle if we can get close enough. They'll all be wearing gloves and expecting an easy ride. Turn it into a boodbath and kick the **** out of them. We can't compete with oil money fueled superstar c**** like this so lets have a rumble.

Play football and we will be toast. It needs to be THE worst game of televised football this year, pls ruin all the armchair skybots afternoons. So need Ginge back for this to inspire.

So the missing list is something like this
Hart
Reid
Fonte
Collins
Byram
Carroll
Hernandez

That leaves us with 15 senior players. Absolute criminal mis management by DS.Dont want to blow my own trumpet but did predict aging injury prone CBs was a recipe for disaster.

For a game that is the first of a spell of 9 games in 30 days.

I think some of our promising youngsters are going to get a run out and Moyes might want to have a word with Zaba to try and cut out the bookings.
