Saying Bournemouth deserved the draw because of the way they played etc is all well and good, but how well would they have played if they had been down to 10 men?The ref is a wrong 'un.

Come on lads we were utterly shocking again yesterday and the three clean sheets v Chelski, Arse and Stoke have been forgotten. Adrian had a good game and Begovic was awful sums it up IMO. 21 points after West Brom will give us a fighting chance but Pards will already planning the assault on Zabaleta who is clearly a spent force. A home win, gawd knows.
Some of the blindness of posting on here is staggering sometimes. No-one has said we didn't play poorly, we were awful for large parts of the game. But we should have 3 points as we scored 3 goals and their last one was blatent cheating. When have you ever seen a ref overule thier linesman in a situation like that? Never most likely, it was truly baffling. The fact MOTD then made a joke out of it and swept it under the carpet claiming one of the most blatent reds you'll see was only a yellow and we should be happy to get a point because we weren't the best team adds salt to the wound. No MOTD didn't make us lose, no-one said that but us as fans have every right to be annoyed by their weekly bias and contradictions. Yes we played poorly and were second best but we should have won and we should be 4 points clear of the relegation zone which is massive for our situation we are in. We have lost many times despite being the best team, as it is we are now back to being 1 point clear and even more pressure on West Brom with a team that isn't that great and low on confidence.
The ref had a mare but let’s not paper over the cracks. When we set up to give the opposition a game then we cannot defend for toffee. Couldn’t under Bilic and we cannot under Moyes. We were lucky not to be 4-3 down before the handball even happened.
Bournemouth walked through our midfield and targeted Zab just like other teams have, and will, this season. Two areas where most (sane) people wanted reinforcements in the summer and where we need bodies once the window opens.

couldn't agree more! I cannot remember when we last had a proper right back? was it Schemmel? or Tim Breaker?!

The last right back we had was Guy 'the beast' Demel, who despite being arguably the best right back in the world at the time, was inexplicably shelved in favour of Carl Jenkinson, was was without arguement the worst right back in the world

Our defending was summed up by Cresswell for their second.
He assumed the ball would go out of play so gave up on it, their attacker thought he'd give chase anyway (just in case). He kept it in and then Cresswell let him run 25 yards before puling him back right on the edge of our box conceding a FK in a dangerous area when he could (and should) have pulled the fella over much further up the pitch.
FK led to the corner that led to the goal, utterly woeful from Aaron.

The funniest part of that, or disgraceful depending on how you look at it, was when it didn't go out and then he did this weird pirouet thing when the ball didn't even move. I was watching thinking has he just had a seizure or something? It was very strange. Can someone post a GIF of it, it was ridiculous.
This team put in a good shift for 3 weeks in December against the big boys, but cannot be bothered against poor competition. Kouyate should NEVER see the field. He is so lazy. Zaba looks like he has lost his legs. We need to find an experienced RB in the transfer window.
Masuaku and Aurnotovic have been awesome under Moyes.
The refs decisions showed just how terrible Prem refs have become.
