Top marks for everyone all round. Just the display needed in a crucial 6 pointer. Huddersfield have surprised me against us this season, as they've been very disappointing against both managers this season which I think has been generally uncharacteristic for them under Wagner.

Arnautovic MotM
Thought Noble was excellent dictating play the way he does best
Lanzini finally finding his shooting boots away from home after a year of struggling to score away
Zabaleta was bang on it

More of the same attacking display when we have the ball please. Excellent work today and just what the doctor ordered.

outstanding result. arnie thrives in isolation in a way that all our other strikers wilt in it, give him a lanzini to play off and he's unstoppable. he's every bit the outlet antonio is but with 10x football brain and goal threat.

special mention to nobes who has rediscovered his 2016 form since coming back to the squad.

I think everyone played well on the whole. I don't think Masuaka will be in the side this time next year. He doesn't seem to be able to cross - ever.

Huddersfield were poor but we were much better all round. Arnie made all the difference. That goal from the kick off was all about him beating the defender with flick and a cracking finish. Real class. And I think we all accept now that Noble is essential.

Noble, Lanzini and Arnie

We're a different side with these three together under Moyes

Top stuff today...even if the first half wasnt exciting we seemed relatively in control

That second was just clinical and brilliant

Top stuff

One thing that stood out for me today was how strong Arnie is on the ball, how difficult he is to dispossess.

A big thumbs up as well for the way he took the ball for the fourth goal. He was outside the defender on the touchline for a dropping ball, controlled it and got inside the defender in one movement.

As did so many West Ham "fans" on here. See early pages.

Personally, I would never predict us to lose.

Keep the faith, peeps.

Great result...

But there's a reality about today - total dross for the first 45 and gifted the opener (although decent finish from Nobes). Gifted the second. Took advantage of the Terriers pushing on with Arni and Manu showing some clinical quality.

I'll take it all day long, but I hope that no-one is blind enough to presume Moyes engineered or influenced this and sends credit his way. Likewise, this definitely doesn't paper over the cracks in the lack of squad depth.

Unless we see some serious intent by Sully, which is highly unlikely, I hope we don't make that, we'll be an embarrassing as always in that

We played very well, but we still need midfield reinforcement. Huddersfield really struggles to score and doesn't have much pace on their left side, the two things we've struggled with. Though Byram played for the U-23 team, so maybe he's our solution for RB against pace. Still could really use someone like Dendoncker in the midfield.

Arnautovic for £20m looking like an absolute steal at the moment.

I think he's got to the stage in his career where the ball has dropped that he's only got a few more years at his best and he finally looks like he has the drive to be an excellent player. He's always had the ability but not always shown the application at Stoke and you need both in this league.

He's at his peak in terms of physical condition and giving everything he can every game and we're getting the rewards for it.

Keep it up Marko.

His namesake Noble looking excellent since his return too.

If Sully's wallet was ever coming out, it's just been firmly put back wherever he hides it.

Great result, even more impressive without Antonio, Carroll, Sakho, Hernandez and Ayew in the first 11.

Just hope Sully does not keep his hands in his pockets as with a couple of decent additions this window we can push for a top 9 position!!
