They all were. Clean, decisive strikes - composure, power & precision.Douthy wrote:Arnies goal is class
I think I just got a semi writing that.

Not sure I can recall such a collection of good finishes from us.

The third goal came after a decent passage of good passing play too, that replay doesn't give full credit to it.OFT wrote: Ta !

Re: Huddersfield Town v West Ham Utd: match thread
Difference today, we were clinical with our chances. Huddersfield really didn't create anything despite all their possession. Nice goal, a deflected free kick saved by Adrian, can't really think of any other chances that they had. I'd say they are in trouble, they don't have much about them, but outside the top 6 every team can look ordinary and consider themselves relegation candidates. For that reason, we should be safe. Moyes has given us a better shape, and as much as I didn't want him, due to his dire Sunderland days, if he gets us to 8th-9th, he deserves a longer contract.
15 games left to get 15 points. Let's get them sooner rather than later.

Thanks for the link showing the goals.
No idea which one of them was our best as they were all quality goals.

Great result and really good finishes. Thought we controlled the game and tactics. Apart from their goal and Adians save from free kick I cant recall too many shots on target or chances from them. Yes, I would like to see more 'sexy' football, but this will more than do for now.

Interesting formation. Pardon?MrHammer73 wrote:Great result, even more impressive without Antonio, Carroll, Sakho, Hernandez and Ayew in the first 11.
Just hope Sully does not keep his hands in his pockets as with a couple of decent additions this window we can push for a top 9 position!!
