Underdogs to a team below us by a few places

Underdogs in the Cup to a team 2 divisions lower

Injuries isn't the root cause of lack of strikers.
Sakho gone (and wasn't interested). Hernandez not interested. Debatable if Carroll is good enough - certainly as lone striker. Martinez keen but doesn't look up to a (reminds me of Steve Jones).
We just don't have enough to choose from and provide cover.
Root cause is failure to buy enough strikers.

Our injured XI is better than our available XI.

No chance in hell we win this, expecting another 2-0.

Tomkins will finally score against as he has come close about 4 times now. Zaha will then dive in roughly the 67th minute to win a penalty which will seal the points for the Nigels.

For the first time this season we have a game that I really don't want to go to and can only see one result. I will still go, it's an addiction I can't help but I really fear the worst tomorrow night.
Palace have been playing well for a while now. We have had our moments under Moyes, granted, but right now we have too many injuries, too many c**** who don't want to sweat for the club and confidence is ebbing.
Just call me Eeyore.

Palace have also got 7 players out, long term absentees Mamadou Sakho, Dann, Schlupp, Puncheon, Wickham, Cabaye and Loftus Cheek.

You can get your preemptive Moyes bashing in early if you want, but Schlupp Puncheon And Wickham are hardly a loss for them.

Sakho and Dann will be missed but they are more than happy with the form of Tomkins, Puncheon doesn’t get in the side ahead of Zaha or Townsend anyway.

Comparatively we’re missing our entire forward line bar a striker that doesn’t want to play for us, our vice captain who some claim is our best defender, our top scorers (that we still have) from the last two seasons, Fonte who was a star at Southampton.

Palace have some injuries to one or two first teamers and a couple of squad players. We’re missing our entire core. There’s a vast, vast differences.

Nonsense. Cabaye and Loftus Cheek have been integral to their teams improvement under Hodgeson and have missed Sakho theur record summer buy for most of the season and Dann who is one of their best defenders. Schlupp is also a big player who recently done well for Leicesters League and Champions League success. Puncheons also been an integral player for Palace in recent years missed in midfield. Its hardly 1 or 2 first teamers but in actual fact missing their 'core'. Its just in defence and midfield they're losing them not up front like us.

How you are saying their key players out for them is vastly different to our lot out injured is wide of the mark.

That is absolutely true but you have to bring your own boots.
