Kingston-upon-Thames is nice. The Boaters Inn on the river a cracking place to get half cut.

Given we are going through a transitional phase, I dont want too many changes as we try to bed down, even if it is a cup game.

Rice, Cresswell and Yarmolenko should all start. More from Fab, Diop, Balbuena, Sanchez and Wilshere.

I like the look of both of these..gives diop a real chance to bed in however in that sense would Balbuena not be best to play beside him in both? build a proper understanding

I would hope to see Diop feature again, simply so his process of acclimatisation can continue. I would pair him with Rice

I would give Obiang the armband and have him in the centre of the park with Cullen.

I would start Perez and see if he and the Portuguese kid can gel in the striking department.

Obviously, Adrian should play. As for the others, we shall see

I know a couple of home fans. Their team are limited, in truth, but, with a full house behind them, they will give it a go and attack us.

I don't really care how it happens, I just want us to ensure a victory here.

I'd like to see Perez lead the line, get more minutes to Yarmalenko and give the back 4 another chance to play together/settle. With the exception of Cresswell if he's fit enough.

I’d go:

————-——-Adrien
——-—Balbuena—Diop—Rice
Zabaleta————————-—-Arthur (where is Creswell)
————-Obiang—-Wilshere
—————-—Snodgrass
————Hernandez—Yarmolenko

The sooner we go 5 at the back the better imo.
