HAMMERS TAKE ON PALACEDezire2fly wrote:Yossi should be starting today, Noble is back also from International duty.
HAMMERS visit Selhurst Park to take on South London rivals Crystal Palace this afternoon for the first time since that infamous Play-off Final in 2004.
This time though the tables are turned on the Eagles with Alan Pardew preparing his side for a Premier League return, while Palace are just a week away from the start of the Championship season.
Iain Dowie's men are sure to pose a stiff threat to West Ham United's undefeated pre-season record.
TEAM NEWS
Pards has handed another start to Roy Carroll in goal, but has also made four changes from the side that drew 1-1 in Munich.
James Collins and Elliott Ward are recalled in the centre of defence with Danny Gabbidon moving to right-back in place of Tomas Repka. Christian Dailly replaces former Palace star Hayden Mullins in midfield while Gavin Williams starts in place of Shaun Newton on the right.
Teddy Sheringham and Marlon Harewood were again paired up front.
Check here for half and full time reports.
Yossi...

Seems like an OK line up... I'd probably rather have seen Zamora up front rather than Sheringham. I'm interested to see how Williams fares on the right as I think he could be the suprise package for us this season... We haven't seen half of what he's capable of.
Wonder why Yossi isn't playing again... anyone know?
