FAC5r: West Ham Utd 2 Bolton Wanderers 1 (15/03/06)

Post by billybondsballbag »

Yes, I know that it's early and we're still licking our wounds, but now's the time to look forward, not back. With a rested, fully fit starting 11, I'm totally confident that we can get a positive result on Wednesday.

With a bit of good luck and a following wind, I predict a hard-fought 2-0 victory for us. :niceone:

Starting line up should be more familiar than yesterday!

Hislop

Scaloni - Ferdinand - Gabbidon - Konchesky

Benayoun - Mullins - Reo/Coker - Etherington

Harewood - Ashton

The only worry there is Nige, but it'll probably be Dailly in for him if he's still unwell.

This is our year. For everyone who slagged Pards for tinkering with the formation yesterday - if we go on to win this competition (and on our day, we can live with the best of them), he'll become a legend and the 4-1 reverse will be laughed about. Time to get behind the team!

IRONS!!!

Yep, I agree with the line up. Lets hope Nige is fit. Feel sorry for all that travelled to Bolton but hope that we will show them just how good we can play against Bolton. I hate Bolton with a purpose .......... they could put out a team of monkeys and still nick a goal in 90th minute against us!!!!!!!! CUM ON IRONS! :D

So who would everyone prefer to get in the next round.. Villa or Man City?

Personally i would go with a home game against Villa.

2-1 to the Irons I say.

I REALLY hope we stick it to them, both for our sakes and to show those who have totally overreacted this weekend to keep the faith.

Anyone know any more about the rumours that Pards is gonna use some tricks to get the atmosphere going?

Although he's ugly and has about as much class as chedder on a stick, Allardick will know what to expect at The Boleyn so i'm thinking a right bloody grind.
1-1Then Penalties. One of them nights under the floodlights!

This is the KUMB pub although I don't use it!

The only pub you will not be allowed in is The Boleyn.
Try The Greengate or The Castle opposite, both on the Barking Road about 10 mins walk from the ground.
Enjoy the game, fair play for coming.
Shame there will not be more of you.

We'll leave our wives at home. We always have enough fun with yours  I couldn't keep her off me last time.

Not only the coal but the dogs were used as food and who mentioned pints, it will be white wine spritzers all the way. You know to blend in with the locals..... 8-)
