Stay away. Fans have no distraction so get behind the team. Team wins. Fans let their feelings about GSB known. Media will be all over it. You can see the Saints and Sinners headlines now.
And how could the board come back - literarily and metaphorically - after that?

Had to go with unsure.

On the one hand - why should they be allowed to run away from the mess they've created while loyal season ticket holders sit through it?

On the other - their actions have left thousands of people that love the club feeling they have no choice but to stay away, they don't deserve to be there in their place.

The poll doesn't have my option. I don't have such a problem with David Gold. I feel a little sorry for him. I understand he is part and parcel of the package, though - so my vote will be for them all to stay away.

I voted all three stay away.

They won't.

Therefore, they reap what they sow.

I'd like to see our support help the team in these last few matches, but that only happens if GSB isn't there. I don't think they should ever attend any match again, home or away. They need to sell their right to guardianship. That said, I would like to see the supporters and the team rally around each other. Doing so doesn't mean the pressure lessens on GSB. The message needs to be clear, West Ham is forever, and their role in that is now over. They sell. They stay away. We support.

i'm actually torn. while for the good of the team they should absolutely stay away, giving sullivan a bit of a sing song was probably the most fun i've had in that ****hole.

I think they should all stay away as a minimal concession to putting the players, team, and fans ahead of their own interests. They need to swallow any 'we won't be hounded out' egoism and accept that their being there is in no way going to help the team, or the atmosphere.

Stay and take every piece of abuse hurled at them. Irrespective of what’s going on the pitch, they need to to know they’re not wanted here anymore.

Stay away...get used to it now. Their reaction to and since the Burnley game, towards our fans has done nothing but inflame an already toxic situation. Don’t know at this moment in time, how much more seriously they will be respecting the fans’ voice, but staying away and letting the football and not their egos take centre stage as we try to survive; would be the right thing to do for once.

Making the board stay away from the club on matchday is like removing the traces of illness from a corpse. It’s still dead ain’t it.

They should come and be forced to face what they have created.

I’m just suprised it never happened before the Burnley game.

it's a yes from me, it would, imo provide too much of a distraction and an easy target, especially if we go a goal behind, if that happens, then the sole focus would be them and not supporting the team when the team needs it most.

Need to stay away, far too big a distraction from what’s happening on the pitch.

I dread to think what will happen if Southampton score first next week.

Wouldn’t it be nice to be fairly confident of not going 1-0 down at home to the team 18th in the league.
