This would be a great move for all parties, I think. Forest just sold their RB (Eric Lichaj), so Byram would definitely get games there. Gives him a year to prove himself and his fitness, allows us to push back any permanent decisions on his future for another 12 months.

If this loan goes well, I could see him sticking around and replacing Zabaleta next year behind Fredericks.

We are the only ones with public interest, that doesn't mean we're the only team with interest.

It's possible we are not the only club interested, if it's to be believed that at the 11th hour with the deal almost done, Lotito whacked on an extra 5m to the price already agreed by us and Lazio, then it's also believable that he could of received a call from another mega bucks chairman telling him to hold his horses... just saying.

Interesting link considering Lazio have also been in touch with the intention of replacing Anderson with him, so are we really in for him or are we trying to push them into giving us Anderson.
