What would happen, re: league placings? Would it simply be a 23 team league?

What would happen in regards to filling next year's quota? An extra team promoted from the league below and the same for each subsequent league below that?

IIRC this close to the start of the season they won't promote teams so it will be a 23 league team. The rules for if a team goes bust during the season are that one less team is relegated and the same number promoted for their and lower divisions, so I assume the league would stick to that.

Have to say i'm surprised BFS hasn't gone in for Dave Kitson as a back up as cheap option. He's a typical Sam kind of player.

How does Portsmouth + ANO going bust make this any more likely/possible than it happening last season (especially as Portsmouth are now in the third division)? Would make the 2nd division play-offs a bit futile wouldn't it?
