Re: the New kits thread
For those who view WestHamFanTv on Youtube, their Thames Ironworks Community FC shirts look pretty smart. In fact I think they have managed to sway me into buying my first football shirts in donkey's. Only £25.00 too.

****ers. Another thing they've managed to do effortlessly better than us.HammerMan2004 wrote:http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2017/06/ ... 714250.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The crest on Tottenham's new kit.
This is why we need to get rid of the stupid font words plastered all over ours. Just have the crossed hammers.

Honestly, when I see the state of most other kits for 2017/18, ours are really decent.

That crazy video aside, they're doing a remake of the Keegan era kit. Always liked that one.

Re: the New kits thread
Supposed to be the same plain template as Hearts home shirt.
Plenty of potential there!
I'd want to see a claret only badge and sponsors ideally, using black would tie the shirt in with the away shorts and socks too though.
3rd shirt, home shorts and away socks combo would see us kitted out in 1900 colours!
Can't think when this would be needed... Southampton at a push maybe?

Re: the New kits thread
I wish we'd just invert kits to give us a home and away shirt, rather than go for two completely different styles and designs. The above blue with the claret collar would look lovely if it were claret with a blue collar and make a great home kit. Equally, our current away kit would look great in claret with the blue details rather than black with blue, and inverted for an away kit.
I'm sure there are contractural (and business) reasons why they are different for home, away, and third, but I think it would be a much smarter look to just flip colours. I think it's pretty much what Spurs are doing this season, an all white home with dark blue trim and an all dark blue away with white trim.

Re: the New kits thread
To be fair, more often than not our kits do match up. We tend to use claret, blue and white as the predominant colours in our home and away and they are usually interchangeable.YorksHammer wrote: I'm sure there are contractural (and business) reasons why they are different for home, away, and third, but I think it would be a much smarter look to just flip colours. It is only recent that 3rd kits have been introduced and they tend to be totally different for a reason. Same with most other clubs.

Re: the New kits thread
That TICFC badge is busier than ours just like their name. Nice simple kit though. Good luck to them.
Bit tired of all this union jack stuff myself. Is it really necessary? Just for merchandising rather than our overall history for me.

Re: the New kits thread
Is anybody else getting Tottenham and Chelsea shirt adverts on KUMB from Sports Direct? It's quite annoying!
