Re: the New kits thread
Those saying they loved the navy shirt can get the following from the club store...
Personally I am in the NO camp ironically, I do not like it, I think it is bland and I do not think it is a 'West Ham' kit at all. I just mocked it up based on the info other posters put on here suggesting we will wear something like that against Juve.

Re: the New kits thread
any chance someone can knock up a new badge based on the one in the above?
must have:
hammers
same ornate outline
west ham united on it without looking cramped.
1895 would be a nice touch too.
whu colours
remove:
london
union jack
even as it is i prefer it to our current crest to be honest. replace the london with west ham united and it's not even a contest.

I think it's pretty plain FJ. Opinions eh!fjthegrey wrote:The Sutts kit is too busy cockneyboy. There's too much going on, on the chest and arms. Just looks cluttered. Plus it looks like it's made out of dark denim. Its just wrong. Its not a West Ham kit.
Re: the New kits thread
Anyone know if it's possible to buy the home shirt from the club without the sponsors name at the front. Really liked the look of it tonight.

Out with fellow full back Andrew Impey due to inflicting Hammer toes for a year. The West Ham way.

Re: the New kits thread
I think we're reading the ad wrong anyway. It's in reference to our players being up for sale, not a new kit.

Rubbish. Got nothing to be ashamed about at all.Jumby wrote:What I'm reading is a lot of you ripping it out of a player who does his absolute best for us, shame on you all.
Don't be so sensitive, speaking personally I'm only taking a bit of the Mike out of his poor performances st right back, not out of his general ability or his outstanding work going forward. He's a big lad, I'm sure he can take it (even though he won't read any of it anyways). He would probably agree with some of it himself knowing he's not generally much good as a Right Back.

Re: the New kits thread
As for the one-off Thames Ironworks kit, there's a little glimpse of it here I reckon harking back to yesteryear with the collar and colour.

Got a feeling it's gonna look really stylish inkeeping with the kit from last season reflecting the old style kit.

Good to see that Noble and Cresswell are getting into fancy dress spirit before the season kicks off:
Chim chimney, chim chimney, chim chim cheroo......we are those bastards in claret and blue......
