"Adidas are also set to take over at Fulham and with Chelsea already in the bag they are looking to gain the territory in the capital, despite Nike now owning the rights to the England kit.
West Ham United’s deal with Macron expires this summer and Adidas could reignite the relationship they had in the 80’s with The Hammers. While gaining ground via Spurs will be difficult considering their long standing contract with Under Armour there will be no doubting that London has become Adidas territory."

Re: the New kits thread
Well they make good good kits. I have an adidas kit from years ago and it still looks great. Made from breathable material. I've felt the Macron kits and know which one I'd rather play football in.
Plus I think they look way better. I like the design of the Chelsea kits and the nike Arsenal kits always look classy.

Its not just about how it looks or feels to play in, its about image rights, money and advertising.chigwells finest wrote:cant believe the **** fest you lot get in over adidas or nike,,, just dont get it
Adidas/Nike are a world brand and have shops all over the globe. Means more money and advertising which could go a long way to clearing out the debt.
Macron have nothing like that, never heard of them until they stated making our kits.
Better off with a macaroon bar.

I'd love us to sign with Umbro. Sure it's only a subsidiary of Nike but still - much more freedom in design, great quality and English brand.
What I miss the most at our partnership with Macron is quality training gear - anthem jackets, sweaters, ...

Some of the retro gear that Umbro put out before was quality. Is it not meant to be going to the wall now with England leaving them?baritalia wrote:I'd love us to sign with Umbro. Sure it's only a subsidiary of Nike but still - much more freedom in design, great quality and English brand.

They might actually stay in tact if you were them more than once. More than can be said for Macron. Personally I don't see why we ditched Reebok. There kits were quality.chigwells finest wrote:cant believe the **** fest you lot get in over adidas or nike,,, just dont get it

Macron offered money up front.. which was what the club needed at the time to surviveParisTheHammer wrote: They might actually stay in tact if you were them more than once. More than can be said for Macron. Personally I don't see why we ditched Reebok. There kits were quality.

If the kits look like those then I think they could be some of the best we have ever had.sutts07 wrote:
