I think the actual designs have been ok, but I think the branding puts me off. Don't like the happy little man on the sleaves, the fat macron on the front, the sound of macron lol and so on. Maybe i'm a sucker for big brands, but I think whoever came up with the branding needs a new job...

Because their kits were **** (and because the contract expired).

For some stupid reason, I love the 2009-2010 Umbro shirts. It fits well on me and it has held up well so far.

The two macron designs this year are the best thing since the Fila shirts that we got relegated in.

It needs a claret body, light blue arms and a badge. Anything else is just added to make money and, in my opinion, as long as it doesn't say 'Dave's Dildo's' on it, it's not that big a deal to me!

I doubt next year's will be as good as this season's though as they will have to change it somewhat to make people buy it! If they have to change something, I'd rather it just be something like the collar, as the rest is a beaut!

Your entitled to your opinion, but that's what I think. It still has to be to your taste and all i'm saying is I don't like the branding. Same as if I saw a shirt in a shop, liked the cut, the material, but if it has some crap brand/logo across it. I wouldn't buy it...

I have the umbro home kit from the season before last and I like it and it's still going strong.

Believe it or not, I'm still wearing this one....

Image

My ex thought it was too "busy" wtf that's supposed to mean I have no clue...

But the Ecuadorians are getting a real treat...

:raver:

p.s. Still has the Football League logo, so as far as I am concerned, a "proper" bit of gear..especially for those who thought football started with Sky and the EPL

I got my eyes on this prize. I hope they still have it at Lillywhites. If not I will at least try on a Scoredraw retro shirt to get the proper size and buy it online when I get back home. I am normally a size L, but sometimes these shirts are like 100% cotton with no pre shrink done. I go a size up and let the washing machine shrink it to proper size. It is theeeeeee best jersey ever in the history of football or you could say mankind.

L'Arse: Decent
Chelski: Blue is great, but that stupid red/white collar ruins it
Manure: The collar is crap and the shoulder lines are lame
Brum: Just what the hell is that?
Brom: Good ole fashioned striped shirt, the sponsor logo is a bit daunting
Fulham: Nice classic sh*t, but sponsor logo gets butchered with that "Trade like a pro" corporate line
Blackburn: Hate their two sided shirts since ever
Blackpool: Love that tangerine orange color. Looks fit and fast.
Citeh: I like the sky blue. Nice and neat. nothing outlandish
Liverpool: That red is still a classic
Spuds: Are they trying to look like the French in Bordeaux? Lame
Sunderland: Classic red/white striping. Nice and elegant
Newcastle: I think the black stripes are too thick, but it is decent
Wolves: Fugly ass babyshit yellow/orange
Wigan: Meh
Aston Villa: Trademark violators because they envy our beauty
Stoke: similar to Sunderland
Everton: Meh, all blue and no stripings/accents
Bolton: Trying to be too futuristic. Scrap that and try for a classic approach
Hammers: Not my favorite, but they are going back to old school roots. Away shirts are marvelous.
wasn't it us who did that to them?
