Agree with you there Romford, I thought this would be more like 95%+ voting no.

Have a bad feeling it will happen now as well. :thdn:

Makele was one of best defensive midfielders in the world and very rarely crossed the half way line, Diouf is striker/attacking midfield.......what is your point? :?

And people on here want them to give the fans a shout in the OS.

Its embarrassing Headbanger
Members and fans are two different things mate as well you know. Anyone from any club could vote on this...... and its half term week.

That you don't need to score goals to be a good player. Fairly routine stuff...

Sorry if posted afore (would you read all this again? ) but someone on here's been on Wikipedia:

In October 2011 he was handed a trial by West Ham United and their manager, Sam Allardyce, his manager at both Bolton Wanderers and Blackburn Rovers. However, the members of West Ham United's fanzine website, Knees Up Mother Brown, overwhelmingly think to sign him would be a huge mistake, with more than one poster threatening to hand in their season ticket. The general consensus is "We dont want him anywhere near our club". A poll, also conducted by fan site KUMB, indicates that 79% of those who voted don't want Diouf to join the club.

Article insists that BFS took fan response into account. I do like to hear stuff like that whether it is entirely true or not.
