Sorry, it's been on my tv but I haven't paid any attention because it sounds boring as hell. No-one, even the commentators, seemed bothered when Senegal scored just now. So can anyone who has been watching tell us how Diame has been playing? Have we made a good signing?

Thanks

Top coaching decision that one,
winning 1 nil with 8mins to go,so lets send both c/halfs up for a corner,a sunday league manager would not make
that mistake

Haven't noticed him busting his b*llocks.

Generally plodded through the game covering in front the back 4 and sweeping up anything that's come his way. Looks comfortable on the ball and strong in the air.

Solid performance but with 2 or 3 gears left to step up if he wanted to.

I really can't see Pearce and his Team BeeGees doing much in this tournament.

Thanks. Probably best he doesn't over-exert himself before the real competition starts next month.

Seems he's been given a job to do. Disciplined performance. There's a player there.

On the plus side, Paddypower left the odds up when Senegal scored so i stuck a few quid on the draw. They paid me too, see in the morning if i still got it.

It is no exaggeration to say that Bellamy nearly had his legs broken in what can only be described as an awful challenge. He played on for a bit then went off to a standing ovation. Sturridge is struggling after coming back from his horrible illness, so he went off too. Only long-term damage could be Bellamy, whose Knee I imagine has ballooned somewhere in a Manchester hotel. Maybe Beckham will leave his phone on tonight just in case he gets a call...

I dunno why we keep playing Richards at CB. He clearly is not good enough there and when you have CB sitting on the bench crazy really. But then I guess you have to play the man " that kept Beckham out"

Ok ta. Just for the record, I was just checking West Ham's players made it through unscathed (Diame & Tomkins only?). I don't give a **** about the others.

Is that really the best squad that we can produce? Sturridge isn't fit, Sordell is awful, Giggs is past it, Richards is out of position, so is Taylor, Allen and Cleverley are just average ditto Rose.

Doubtful, but I'd imagine most of the best players weren't interested a la Bale.

Also, shame on the Jocks and Norn Irish for not joining in. Not that they'd make a difference.
