Re: The United Colours of West HamNot the most conclusive list is it!
Re: The United Colours of West HamLots of memories brought back reading that list...a few names which on reading them could drain the appetite for life from anyone. Could select an interesting Best XI vs. Worst XI from that lot.
Re: The United Colours of West HamWhat about Steve Potts?

Re: The United Colours of West Ham
I'm finding it difficult to balance a bowl of fruit on my head.... but here goes ..... ' I want to live in America I want to live in America..'
Re: The United Colours of West Ham
The original article upon which it was based referred to non-British/Irish players, for all those determined to point out every Irishman, Welshman or Scotsman to don the claret and blue.
Re: The United Colours of West HamThis is turning into the dictionary sketch on Blackadder!
Re: The United Colours of West Ham
We all dream of a team of Gary Breens, a team of Gary Breens, a team of Gary Breens.
Nations Represented at West HamI was thinking the other day about nations that were represented by West Ham players; both those that had represented their country in football or those that had been born in one of these countries. I thought it'd be a good idea to see if we could put together a comprehensive list... Or not? Any glaring omissions? I'll update as we go...
I'm bound to have missed out a few African nations where they went on to play for France etc. Bangladesh isn't strictly true - just that Anwar Uddin is eligible to play for them... Last edited by Hayden on Sun Jun 17, 2012 8:24 pm, edited 4 times in total.
Re: Nations Represented at West HamThat's brilliant - I never knew that was on here! Thanks UTJ.
I think that may signify the death of this thread haha. Does anyone know of any more nations whereby players were born in THAT country but chose to represent someone else?
Re: Nations Represented at West Ham
Shouldn't do, the article is two years out of date now
Re: Nations Represented at West HamLooking at that article reminds me of how much we love or Czech goalkeepers
There's a job you just volunteered yourself for Hayden, do an updated version of that article.
Re: Nations Represented at West HamMy eyesight aint great, but I cannot see Bermuda on that list?
