Details for meeting up etc...

I will be booking in everyone online on Saturday (the earliest day). For those who wish to print off their own boarding cards...i will forward them in document form for you to print off.

People on the 6 days trip will have 15kgs of luggage each...people on the 4 day trip will only be allowed hand baggage which is a sports bag. Please remember NOT to have any liquids over 100ml in the hand luggage. We are staying in the centre of a major German city...everything will be easy to buy (deodrant etc) if you forget it..

We are staying in a luxury hotel...so no need for shampoo/conditioner/towels

Anyone who needs more luggage...this can be booked in advance through me or at the airport at a premium.

The 6 day trip is being hosted by Pat O Connor on my behalf. He will be meeting everyone in the Bridge Bar, before securiy at Stansted between 3-4pm. He will have a copy of all your boarding cards if you have forgotten them. Pat will be with Deano and Taff for my usual clients and will be in charge of everything. Any problems...see Pat.

The 4 day trip is being hosted by Bill Gardner. Bill will be meeting everyone again at the Bridge Bar between 3-4 pm on the Thursday.

All rooms will be allocated before arrival...if you have a problem with your room when you get in, please see Pat or Bill.

You will not need to hand over your passports to the hotel... I suggest you take a photocopy of the photopage to take about with you at all times for ID.

Coach Timings....

15.00 Erfurt

14.00 Dresden*

11.00 Cottbus (2 coaches)

* There is an earlier bus for which i have allocated some clients on which is being run by a friend. I have a few spaces left if anyone prefers to go to Dresden very early. Pls PM me.

My Dresden bus will be going from Colditz direct to the ground

The 3 Luxury coaches above will have free refreshments (beer/soft drinks/water) and an English speaking Driver. They are top of the range vehicles with WC/AirCon and DVD for which i have bought some great war films for 8-)

Those who i have bought Match tickets for...please collect them from Bill or Pat depending whose group you are in.

Obviously the Cottbus coach will be going direct to the airport after the game...from there it will be going back to central Leipzig to drop those who have travelled independently and are staying longer.

Any questions...please pm/email me

cheers

Rom

The East German Hammers are looking forward to welcoming west ham-- most of the support AUE however a few are Berlin fans- both share a certain * emnity* with the Dresden Shizer.

Anyways, they have offered us a bar for before and after drinks and away from any hassle from dresden or the OB - and beer at £1.50 a pint :raver:

Its five minutes or so walk to the ground - if anyone has any questions re opening or the like let me know- it would be good to get them some idea of numbers as they can get extra staff and beer in if they are going to be busy...!

Im going out thursday to leipzig and staying with them and staying in dresden friday night with them- anyone has any questions i'll be on the west ham ryan air special thursday night

I see the Club MENSA, is just around the corner. I have ,of course lifetime membership due to my Natural Intellect.

I will try and persuade the door to let a few in. Unfortunately most will not pass the entrance test 8-) .

"Its five minutes or so walk to the ground" !!!!! Is that 5 minutes,or , or so, if or so, how long is that?

Apollogies if this has been asked before but I need to know one or two things, as me dollars aint great for the trip due to my impending redundancy at work.

Basically i want to ask how much (on average) is a pint / stein of beer and rough food costs when aving a nosh up etc. Looking at budgeting myself to around £70 per day so any heads up is truly appreciated (trying not to stress myself).
