Are current 21 year olds still eligible for a young adult membership then? I turned 21 on July 2nd and I thought that I wouldn't be eligble next year.

I renewed my membership on-line on Wednesday.

I read on the blurb on the official site that one of the key benefits is £3 off each league match ticket purchased.

Then when I bought a ticket for the Villa game later on that day they didn't take off the £3, did anyone else have this problem?

Has anyone else encountered problems renewing membership online ? After entering my credit card details and everything and shortly before the transaction is finished I get an error message "basket error", suddenly showing two items although I've only ordered the one membership (Non-UK Adult membership).

Anyone else had similar problems ? I know I can still phone the ticket office, but it's annoying I can't do it online...

The £3 is already 'deducted' by virtue that you are logged in as a member. It offers me £52, £48, £46 and £36 for the 4 bands, which are the member rates for Cat B games. If I was not a member, if would offer £55, £51, £49 and £39.

Thanks Hemel.

I was thinking £36 was the cheapest ticket but that was actually the price with the membership discount already taken off!

I had a similar problem, after putting in all the cc info and hit submit it said there was a problem. I guess I'll have to call direct.

Last season I got an empty box.

The season before my pack arrived in May

I'm not holding out much hope for this season.

You're still eligble. You may get two more seasons if you're lucky, at least one though. It used to be as long as you don't turn 23 during that season, you can still get the young adult price - but they may have changed it to a 1 September cut off. You've got one season left though, for sure.

From looking at the online Box Office it seems that there are only two 'Band 4' tickets left for the Villa game

Same happened to me, said there was two items in basket with only one showing, deleted the one, logged out, left the site an re-entered, logged in an it was back to 0 items in basket..

Ye the error went. Had to mock about with my address beforehand, as that was causing an error too, a billing/postage clash if that helps.

Your card should come asap unless you had one previously in which case they just reactivate. Sometimes they re-issue each season, which they did with me for awhile, but the last couple seasons they haven't. Just reactivated.

Is there a membership option for 16-21 year olds?
Junior goes up to age 15 and Academy starts at 21.
Am I missing something??

Young adult is 16-22. You need to do it on the phone though. Half price tickets.
