Let him recover, lock him away till the summer, then sell him. I think we've seen the last of him in a West Ham shirt personally.

To think we were probably a week away from £20m for this waste of a salary.somerset-hammer wrote:Out for 3 months according to the Sun..
Shocking.
Re: Andy Carroll
Three months out? That's end of April. Season ends mid-May so with no match fitness probably we will not see him in a West Ham shirt again. If he is still here by end of summer transfer window, I will be amazed.

So close to getting money for him :arry:
Carroll - decent player - injured far too often. Bye in the Summer please.

Re: Andy Carroll
I wonder how much longer this can go on before we can get medical advice in to say he's finished. Absolute lead swinging waste of space. Leaving aside the number of injuries which mysteriously get picked up in training away from the public domain......... Craig Bellamy pretty much confirmed what many have suspected. He has not had the application or work ethic to keep his core strength to the standard expected of a professional football on the money he is on. Allardyce also referred to the need to buckle down.

Forget the waste of space, ease him from your memory , i do , you never miss what you never, rarely have.johnnyb wrote:Three months out? That's end of April. Re: Andy Carroll
Thanks. Fair comments I think. I’ve often thought Carroll loves winning headers but has no idea where he’s heading it to. Certainly lucky if it lands with one of our players.
Re: Andy Carroll
I can only guess I know but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if he is actually looking forward to his three months out. Can pack a nice few holidays into that time 'recuperating' whilst using some of the dosh that he has drawn under mainly false pretences in the past few years. I long for the day when his name disappears from the squad list.

Out until the end of April so that rules him out of both Cheltenham and Aintree Festivals...

Re: Andy Carroll
Painfully honest answers from Bellamy and Wise - plenty on here have said as much for yearsKialos wrote:There is a video link to what Bellamy said on Sky.
Bellamy: doesn't train well, no motivation, no clue about positioning - doesn't see the game, unable play with the team, doesn't link up well. Good in the air, difficult to deal with in the air. Doesn't have the mentality to be a top player.
Wise: Too many injuries, doesn't play enough, doesn't score enough goals. Doesn't link up.
Me: 'Nuff said.

Re: Andy Carroll
And this is why the Chelsea rumours were rubbish, he was no near good enough for a top team, he challenges in the air but he has no clue where it is going half the time unlike proper target men like Manzdukic, Lewandoski, etc He might be tall and dangerous but he doesn't have the footballing brain or ability to match it and that's why he plays for usrichneal wrote: Bellamy: doesn't train well, no motivation, no clue about positioning - doesn't see the game, unable play with the team, doesn't link up well. He have a good 4 months just before the contract is up and we'll sign him for another 5yrs whilst he's off with a "minor" injury !!Puff Daddy wrote:and only West Ham will reward him with a new contract.
