The only thing Shandy Carroll hasn't broken is sweat.

I agree completely with this. Carroll and Hernandez are two completely different players yet we don't play to the strengths of either of them.

It's so, so frustrating that Carroll gets injured so often in training.

Poor sod did have to work a bit over Christmas, he's earned a couple of weeks in the sun, Wolf Nine hasn't even had his first holiday yet and the missus is probably fuming.

Blokes said himself he's not that interested in football, probably just see's it as an easy wedge for him to collect.

He’s a legend as far as I’m concerned, eating away slowly at Sullivan’s pot of gold

Sullivan and gold loan money to West Ham and seemingly charge 7% interest. Carroll therefore is probably increasing their wealth in the long term.

Chelsea are going to throw €50m at Roma for Dzeko and willing to let Batshuayi go the other way.

Carroll’s weak ass body has ****ed us again.

I think at half time in the Norwich game the other night it had been five hours since Chelsea
had scored a goal. They are desperate.

At times it feels like West Ham is the refuge of the injured, the RSPCA for injury prone footballers even.

Love Andy but the sheer amount of times he's missing just make it unfeasible. Though it's been like that since he came here so I don't know why I even waste my energy getting annoyed with it

We have two very different strikers in Carroll and Hernandez and as you've said we haven't bought the players to give either the service they require - Carroll has to rely on the odd accurate cross from the likes of Cresswell or Antonio but when those crosses find their target we've all seen what Carroll is capable of .

One minute David Gold is issuing statements such as ' We have too many midfielders ' then we haven't enough of them , we're unblanced to the point that neither striker is being supplied with the chances they require instead we're having to to rely on Arnautovic and Lanzini to come up with the goods , we have 3 strikers on our books and every one of them is misfiring for one reason or another . Our Owners are so shortsighted they cannot see why this is happening or lack the funds to put things right if they do actually see what's going on around them .

If Chelsea can see the value of Andy Carroll why can't we ?

Buy the right players .

Or perhaps concerned at something showing up on a medical.

With players like Hazard, Willian, Pedro & Morata that's criminal.

Carroll's comeback date has been extended by another 3 weeks due to another injury setback.

He's just broken wind.

That doesn't sound like the West Ham I know. Much much more likely that he'll be fit for 6 straight weeks immediately prior to the end of his contract, he scores a hat-trick against Spurs in an end-of-season dead rubber, and there'll be a flurry of media coverage about how "unplayable" he is as "England's last proper No. 9".

Then we'll offer him a 5-year contract extension on improved wages and whoever owns Spire Roding Hospital will p1ss themselves laughing before building a new wing named after him.

That, my friend, is truly the West Ham Way :scarfer:

Look I'm probably get some stick for this but I never want to see this bloke in a West Ham shirt again. Provide the right service for him they say, WTF, how the hell can they do that when he's always in the treatment room. He got his Christmas break and as far as I'm concerned he should be paid off and we'll have to soldier on with what we've got available. If Arnie or Lanzini get injured then we are really gonna be in the mire. Just my opinion of course but that's what this forum is for!

Funny enough, from someone I trust, I heard something very similar last night. Could be total BS and people just having the hump due to injury record though, probably that.
