My theory is that him and Ironing Board are the same person. (Or maybe, just maybe, they are part of the same chinese internet consortium of sorts.) I can't back it up with proof yet, but it makes the threads more entertainig to picture him arguing frenetically with himself in his living room.

I feel bad that I caused all of this. I shouted to AC on Saturday (I was sitting almost next to him) "why won't he put you on, at least you can hold the ball up." He kinda threw his hands in the air and stormed off a few moments later. Sorry

He was probably just annoyed you were bothering him at home the day before a game

I would say most in the ground on Sunday could see what was needed, other than Moyes and his 50 coaches.

Bust ups in teams happen especially when under pressure but for me things that happen like this should be dampened down and Carroll shouldn't have his 'apology' trumpeted all over the media.

I thought he was great yesterday when he came on. Harrassed them from the second he came on, drew free kicks, held it up and looked a threat.

Defended well too, he got his head on a couple of their corners and made good distance with the clearances.

He's a very good player when he's fit. He's just never fit. It's sad for him and us.

I think he'll be moved on at the end of the season. Someone will want him and maybe he feels like he needs change.

You just can't pay a Striker! what he receives and delivers so few goals over 6 years, yes injuries play a part, but is he ever going to change I doubt it! just hope he stays fit to get rid! and replace with a regular goal scorer who stays fit.
