Rinse and repeat with Sakho. If what EXWHU is reporting the truth then I think Slav has confidence of getting Sakho/Carroll fit and back into the mix. I hope it ends well but I really think this could be Slav's downfall.
I would imagine if Slav was told he could have 20m for another striker he would drop Carroll and Sakho like a shot... he probably doesn't have a choice but hope they get fit.

I hope you are wrong because if we are relying on the two of them we are royally ****ed
With Hernandez in the team, we can afford to rush both Sakho & Carroll back.
If we can squeeze the 15 - 20 games out of them, we can safely let Hernandez and who ever wants to fill in the blanks - may it be Arnie or Antonio - and we're a Premier League team one more season

Which again comes back to the owners not supporting him.

Carroll will play 15 + games - we'll pick up 20+ points - it will keep us up.
I doubt he will be back for huddersfield more crap from bilic. It will be the usual he`s 2 weeks away so expect to see him in november where he will play a few and then be off for xmas with the kids to resurface around feb for a few good games a possible england call up and then be out until september.
a great player when fit and on the pitch but if our strategy is to rely on him we are deluded and doomed
10m to newcastle get rid but need to replace with someone who actually gets on the pitch most of the time.
AC is in court today giving evidence in the trial of the young bike rider who allegedly tried to steal his watch while he was driving home from training last year. Maybe he'd like to get this crap out of the way before he pulls on the shirt again.

Just saying...
I know. How inconsiderate is being robbed under the threat of being shot in the face at close range.
