I’d like to see how many points he has earned. Goals/Assists.

I reckon it’s surprisingly high. Lots of games that he has provided the goals or assists to win the game. Shame he’s not been available nearly enough.

no doubting a fit carroll is an asset but he doesn't get on the pitch enough.

I would get rid asap or summer 19 at latest and then buy a forward who is fit and offers an alternative to arnie as Antonio doesn't either.

perhaps the barcoodes will take him back in January as their saviour ! they are getting desperate

Some interesting comments about him coming from Nile Ranger (remember him?)...

Again, Ranger isn't exactly the model pro so take with a pinch of salt.

or what's worse...that he's near fitness and is ready to get on the bench against "xxxxx..........."

fill in the blanks................

and for someone to come on here and say "He'll be like a new signing"

yeah it's like signing a Freddie Ljungberg and/or Keiron Dyer..

All of this. Especially rinsing the barcodes to get him off the books and off our treatment table.

Him being available till the end of the season would be a massive boost and the difference between us finishing top or bottom half. Him being available from the bench equals plan b/c...and in present form a better option than Antonio.

....f*cking miracle!

I think he is a good player when on form but the length of time he spends injured is ridiculous.

A player who to me only makes sense at a club who can afford to pay big money for impact subs. Weirdly, he’d be an ok kind of risk for Man United or Chelsea, even Spurs. Just throw him on for 10-15 minutes every so often if it’s desperate.

I don’t dislike him, I can’t. It’s got to be infuriating, even with the money. But I couldn’t really see a way he can be justifiably starting a game for us again. We need to be building towards something and he’d disrupt it. And if we made changes to accommodate him, we’d only have to start again in a few weeks

To be fair AC has contributed more in those games than Dier or Ljungberg did in their combined 'appearances' ... at least he has had a major impact in a number of games .. I can't remember too many games either of those sick notes were contributors ...

Still the best striker at the club... just a shame he's hardly fit enough to be on the pitch
