Just happy not to lose this one. A tough game as the Baggies are in the relegation mire. A narrow win or a draw will do for us. Safety first!!

2-0 West Brom
tbh no interest in the game in the slightest, no enthusiasm at all or that bothered about the result
if we win or draw we stay-up and are still in the Premiership but with Allardyce next season
if we lose we might get relegated but then we won't have him moving forward
both of these options as about as unappealing as each other so just have to accept the one that occurs. if it wasn't spurs last home game i would have cut my ties with the club completely until August time

Rampant apathy on here! I feel much the same too...much more important to West Brom than us, regardless of what a couple of our players have said, and I think deep down inside the Baggies will be giving it that little bit extra. So I think West Brom will turn up and have a right go, but don't think we will, but even so we might be able to plunder their dodgy defence.
Errrrrrrrrrr...........ummmmmmm...........feeling comfortably numb.....2-1 or 3-1 West Brom. Sorry CF, hope it don't spoil your lad's birfday too much.

Christ will you miserable tw**s give it a rest & stop posting on this thread, and allow those of us who are still enthusiastic enough to travel to Birmingham on Saturday a chance to look forward to the game?

we should be going all out here cos I dont think a point benefits us does it? 3 for guaranteed safety unless he thinks we should respect the point for this and spurs and city and that'll see us ok if Cardiff suddenly win every game

I think this is going to be an amazing game of football with sublime skill from the first whistle , the noise and colour from the stands will give us goosebumps and after a narrow 5-4 victory we will all go home happily exhausted !stevenmj wrote:Christ will you miserable tw**s give it a rest & stop posting on this thread, and allow those of us who are still enthusiastic enough to travel to Birmingham on Saturday a chance to look forward to the game?

To know it's mathematically impossible to get relegated with 41 points this year don't you?Claret&Blue,Thru& wrote:

You can't take away the day out - it's all a part of going to away games right?Billydinho wrote: Take away the day out, what are you looking forward to?
I'm also looking forward to a stress free game. We're safe, they're not and we might be able to win their cup final, which is always satisfying in a sadistic way.
Reid - getting back after injury?
Tomkins - getting better and better
Adrian - top quality or not?
Carroll - Brazil?
Amero - keep?
Nocerino - keep?
Jarvis/Downing - on the wrong wings?
Noble - better than Parker was?
Loads of questions to be answered, so yep I intend having fun
Re: West Bromich Albion v West Ham United: Match Thread
I think it's going to be another Allardyce 'respect the point' type of match. The team will be looking at Carrol & Nolan to provide the goals but I don't have much confidence that they will do so. Downing will provide his usual below par service from the wings and Jarvis will put in a good shift but be substituted after 60 minutes again for reasons unknown to everyone but Allardyce.
West Brom are going to come out fighting and I don't think we have the personnel to go there and get a victory.

peppy mel to win. 1-0. goal scored after 200 passes strung together.
and then we'll go on and on again why we missed out on him.. the way the goal's scored..
(in all honesty, carroll to step up with a huge huge goal. 0-1. COYI!!!)

One of my usual 3 or 4. away days in a season , friends in Birmingham who are mad Baggies fans .
Can see a very tight game but i think they want it more so 1-0 WBA.
