The dirty **** definitely meant that as well. Should get a couple of games ban for that.

Noticed he was in the starting line-up again tonight in their 3-1 win against Blackburn - subbed off on 73 with score at 2-0, Blackburn scored on 77.

I had a glance on their Hob Nob forum."composed", "fantastic" and "8/10" pretty much sums their opinion of his performance.

Probably just due to it being his first full game in a while.

Had a read of the Reading forum, one mentioned it looked like he was struggling, match fitness maybe?

Dirty Leeds stamper got 6 games ban (3 increased to 5 & then another one as he had been sent off earlier in the season)

“We are disappointed by the FA's decision to ban Liam Cooper for six matches following an incident in our game with Reading on Saturday”, he said in a statement on the club’s official site.

“After careful consideration and consultation with the club, Liam pleaded guilty to the charges brought against him as he acknowledges that the coming together with Reece Oxford was reckless.

“However, in my experience Liam is an honest and genuine person who would never intend to hurt another player.

“Liam is a leader and his influence in the dressing room will still play a major role in the remaining fixtures this season.”

Actual LOL.

Glad he's finally got his chance and appears to have taken it, long may it continue as I want this kid in the first team picture next season.

I would've kept him in the squad for this season, he would have been perfect to replace Reid when he got injured, or even played as a CDM when Obiang and Noble were both out. It's not like we were achieving anything this season, what we could have achieved was the making of maybe a star.

The more I look at that stamp the more I think that 6 games was lenient. Absolutely shocking but what do you expect from Leeds.

Anyone with connections within the club know the long term plans for Oxford? Does he have the athleticism and passing ability to be a long term DM solution or is he only seen as a CB? It would be nice for Burke to claim a CB spot next year and Oxford to also be involved. It's been too long since we had some exciting youngsters come through and it looks like there are a few potential stars in our current crop. Let's hope it's not all hype like 99% of english youngsters and the lads get the gametime and shine.

I'd shift on Collins, Nordveit and Feghouli, replace them with Burke/Oxford, Cullen and Quina.

Those 4 seem the most ready.

Feghouli starts most games, if we sell him we'll need a replacement and it's not going to be a 17 year old.
