Can't wait to see him back in action with us.

I only hope that he can recapture his previous form. It was a serious injury and he may not be the same player he was....

"We hope that Manu Lanzini will be ready for Fulham, at least for the bench." - Manuel Pellegrini

This boy under Pellegrini could be something incredible

The prospect of Lanzini and Anderson in the same team is very exciting.

Thinking about it...

Anderson - Arnautovic - Yarmolenko
Lanzini

Is the sort of front line formation that comes up in dream transfer threads.

Actually Yarmo might play a couple games in April according to the club. Not sure why you'd risk it though unless we're two points from 7th or something.

Great news, that. Shame it isn't a week or two earlier, tbh; Manu always seems to play well at Selhurst Park

I'm still in favour of dropping Lanzini deeper.

------ Lanzini --- Rice--------
Antonio - Nasri - Anderson
--------- Arnautovic ----------

Proper tasty, that. Would have Yarmo over Nasri when he's fit and then shift Anderson into the middle, Yarmo right and Antonio left.

Looking forward to having The Jewel back. We've missed him greatly at times this season, and I think we'll only be better for him being in the team. Just hope we don't rush him back into action and let him fully recover to match fitness.

too open rice having to all the DM work. we need an energetic, athletic ball winner alongside him who also pops up with a few goals. must be someone in Europe who could come in for around 30m and under 25 years old.

fab
fredericks diop Balbuena cresswell
rice new DM
Antonio lanzini Anderson
arnie

subs Adrian new RB cover, new LB cover, reid/new CB , noble, nasri ,new CF

That would be good !

I thought I saw Pelle say in today's presser that Yarmolenko is out for the season?

We have a trio who might be different players after their injuries – Lanzini, Reid and Yarmolenko. Fans of all of them but they'll need patience.

Yarmolenko is the one who's slipped slightly under the radar in terms of the difficulty in coming back, but the reality is he will only have played half a season in the last two years when we kick off in July.

He'll only have played 8 games more than Winston in that time – and is only 8 months younger. But I get the sense there's a discrepancy in how they're viewed. Going to be difficult for both of them.

We really do have a cracking midfield/attack (6 players) to choose from when fit!

By the time next season starts Winston will have had 20 minutes football in 20 months. Hate to say it, but I can't see him ever coming back from that.

Other players who have been out that length of time - Dev, Dicks etc - were never able to come back and play the same way. Even though Dev came back and did well for 85/6, he wasn't the same player.

A nice couple of goals at Wembley to firmly end Spurs title aspirations will do very nicely

I saw Yarmy in The Londoner Claret lounge with his son -Im sure it was the Birmigham Cup game, and he was limping quite markedly!!! I would think it a miracle him being back [ie getting back to match fitness levels as well] by end of season, and then yes, why risk him? needs a really solid pre season in him.
